Planos Aparthotel

What an experience and very close to Planos beach. A different style of rooms some with walk in shower some with bath and overhead shower, body and hair wash and slippers supplied comfortable beds plenty hanging space everywhere very clean and tidy. Credit to everyone who works in this hotel as the whole team bring it all together. Such friendly and helpful staff always ensuring you have what you need for your stay. Clean towels for the sunbed and beach always available some issues reserving sunbeds but resolved by the night staff. Some nights with music but finishes at 11pm so as not to disturb guests. Buffet meals at all sittings with a variety and choice and a selection of hot and cold drinks. Most of the swim up rooms are shared by the whole ground floor so you do get to know your neighbours but not a problem, large group pool and children's section. Would not hesitate to return as it is in a great location,

Good location, very close to strip and beach Atmosphere good, staff friendly Rooms were nice on surface, smell of drains came from bathroom quite frequently Value- have stayed in nicer hotels for less money but we did book to go on 6 weeks holidays so to be expected that we paid more and that’s jet 2 not the hotel No issues with noise, there was no blaring music all day. Amenities ok- you can get beach/ pool towels from reception Negatives- they keep doors to canteen/ buffet open during meal services, often times flies landed on the food The pool wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t crystal clear either. You can use admiral hotel across the road but that pool looked filthy; couldn’t even see bottom of pool, cloudy water. Not much food choice but the food available was good. There are not enough sunbeds or parasols fit the number of guests and people get up early to reserve them, whilst there aren’t sunbed wars as such, it was still inconvenient to have to wake up early to ensure you have sunbeds for the day

We chose Planos Deluxe as the hotel for our wedding week, staying with some of our friends, and we had the most enjoyable stay together. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay so special. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from reception to the pool staff and the lovely maids. They were always so friendly, welcoming and happy to help. The ladies on reception were absolutely wonderful, particularly when it came to helping us organise taxis and transport. They made everything so easy for us. The hotel itself is clean, inviting and beautifully maintained, and our room was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was always hot, fresh and delicious, with plenty to choose from — the perfect way to start each day. For me personally, the team made such a difference in the lead-up to our wedding and on the wedding day itself. They constantly asked if there was anything they could do to help and made me feel so at ease when I was feeling nervous. A special mention has to go to Deppy, whose kind, positive nature was a real comfort to me. She went out of her way to help me stay calm and enjoy such an important and emotional time. ❤️ They were also incredibly generous in helping us celebrate, leaving bottles of champagne on ice in our room and arranging other lovely little surprises throughout our stay. These thoughtful touches meant so much to us and created memories we’ll never forget. A huge thank you to the entire team at Planos Deluxe for making our wedding week so special. We felt genuinely looked after from start to finish, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zante. We would love to come back! 🇬🇷❤️

Firstly we arrived to welcome drinks which were very nice. The room was fantastic,clean and a beautiful view over the pool.Toilet flushing was a dilemma I'll say no more. The pool area was fantastic with lots of beds but needed to get one quite early as they do get filled. My only negatives are the snack bar we had a panini not toasted and with the tuna stuck to the plate so that was the last snack.Beer not good value small mythos 5 euro and was warm had to have an ice bucket. Breakfast was first class with so much choice and the staff were absolutely amazing. I only dropped a star because of the reason above . Thank you for a lovely holiday. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. Close to bars and restaurants and close to the beach.

Lovely hotel , rooms nice and modern and kept very clean. Staff are lovely, we were bed and breakfast which gave you a wide choice. No rush for sun beds . The only let down was how slow the bar staff were and if ordering food at lunc( you could be waiting 30 mins
