Planos Aparthotel

Firstly we arrived to welcome drinks which were very nice. The room was fantastic,clean and a beautiful view over the pool.Toilet flushing was a dilemma I'll say no more. The pool area was fantastic with lots of beds but needed to get one quite early as they do get filled. My only negatives are the snack bar we had a panini not toasted and with the tuna stuck to the plate so that was the last snack.Beer not good value small mythos 5 euro and was warm had to have an ice bucket. Breakfast was first class with so much choice and the staff were absolutely amazing. I only dropped a star because of the reason above . Thank you for a lovely holiday. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. Close to bars and restaurants and close to the beach.

Lovely hotel , rooms nice and modern and kept very clean. Staff are lovely, we were bed and breakfast which gave you a wide choice. No rush for sun beds . The only let down was how slow the bar staff were and if ordering food at lunc( you could be waiting 30 mins

Hotel overall is a good standard. Rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard & staff overall very friendly albeit slow/lack of assertiveness at breakfast sometimes. Food options at breakfast were a standard buffet style, eggs, bacon, hash browns, fruit, cured meats etc. all very tasty. Snack bar at lunch was reasonably priced with a good selection of food. There were no sun-bed wars at breakfast and availability of sunbeds was substantial. Granted it’s not a marketed Adult only hotel however, there were significant amounts of children (more than you’d expect) Albeit with no entertainment from the hotel (keep that in mind if you like to avoid kids on holiday). Inflatables were allowed in the pool. The pool side was decent- potentially a little on the smaller side and does get busy/cramped. The water park is only up the road and if you show proof you stay at Planos deluxe you receive 30% off, in addition after 14:30 the waterpark becomes half price. The area of Tsilvi itself is lovely and would highly recommend. The location of the hotel was around a 10-15 minute walk to the ‘centre’ however there are many shops/bars along the way. Overall the best restaurants of any resort I’ve had before, recommendations for Botanic Gardens, Palatium & Halfway House. A very nice hotel- value was a little on the high side in my experience have stayed at far superior hotels for the same price point HOWEVER, you must factor in this is a small island & popular season so overall I can’t complain too much. Overall a brilliant hotel and would have no regrets returning in the future.

This hotel is lovely, the rooms are cleaned to a great standard daily and the grounds are always clean. The food is really nice for an all inclusive and a particular highlight is the snack bar... all the snack food is made fresh to order and is delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to help. They allow inflatables in the pool which is a real bonus for the kids. There is no real entertainment however you can use the sister hotel across the way The Admiral, where if you are all inclusive you can use their bars and snack bars too. The entertainment in that hotel throughout the day for kids is brilliant with water volleyball, darts etc. The reception staff are particularly helpful amd really can't do enough to make you have a pleasant stay. A couple of negatives are that the service is incredibly slow when ordering drinks or snacks and there is a cockerel at the back of the hotel which if you are staying on that side waked you up at 4am! We complained and we're moved rooms. But over all a nice hotel and a pleasant stay.

We had a really relaxing stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean and well looked after. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, and every meal was enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely come back.
