Tsamis Zante Suites

1. Recommend to take a pool villa ( garden view is quite) 2. Very kind staff 3. BF was so so but dinner was good ( We had HB package) 4. Gym was very small in my opinion ( half under ground) 5. Possible to snorkeling in the sea from coast of the hotel ( not amazing but okay ) 6. Supermarket is 2mins drive way 7. Parking was just okay to us ( free) but would have problem if we would back to hotel late

Been twice to this hotel now, clean and tidy, and have plenty of room for sunbeds by swimming pools. Room cleaned daily, and changed towels daily if required. The bathroom in our room needed a refresh as you could read all the writing on the plaster board. It would have been nice to have a decent size cup and kettle to make a cup tea, a coffee maker not ideal, and no milk portions to use. Reception staff helpful and friendly arranged a scooter for us for the week. Mini shop within a ten min walk and cash point so you can get all you need. The food in the main restaurant this year was slightly disappointing not overly hot. There was a decent selection of food, but I just preferred last year choices than this year. In general very chilled holiday.

Peaceful/quiet holiday We spent 10 days in this hotel, the staff are all so wonderful, from front desk, to bar tenders, cleaners, masseurs, all the staff in the dining room. A very relaxing stay. We recommend renting a car to get around which we’d recommend. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, just a couple of other restaurants, a shop and a petrol station close by. Which is exactly what we wanted. The roads are easy to navigate with sat nav. The other towns were nothing special, main Zakynthos town, go two or three streets back from the main strip and you’ll find a few nice shops but nothing exceptional. Porto Niova beach was a great find. A few parasols to rent and very few people. The beach is stony, but step in 6-8 feet and it’s flat sand so great for not so strong swimmers. A nice relaxing holiday, great hotel if you’re craving peace and quiet and being away from the crowds.

We really enjoyed this beautiful hotel and the lovely food. We had a private pool for our room facing the sea which was the perfect holiday view to have. Everday the room was very well cleaned and the hotel has many different food options to offer. Furthermore the hotel is approx. 30min from the airport and the staff is really kind and helpful. We truly recommend this hotel because we enjoyed it a lot!

The front desk lady wasn’t super welcoming. The lady who is in charge of the dining area was extremely rude to me, that she yelled at me while the other guests are watching me being yelled at. The only reason I can think of that is because I’m Asian. I never experienced racism in any of my hotel stay, yet this is a humiliating one. On top of that, terrible cleanliness of the room. There are a bunch of huge ants in the room, very scary! They changed my room after I contacted Expedia. The hotel condition definitely needs some touch up. The wall is cracking. The mattress of the sun bed is very very dirty. Location is inconvenient if you don’t have a car to get around. Breakfast is not up to a standard of a 5 star resort. The coffee is made from the machine, tastes terrible. The only good thing about this hotel is the concierge gentleman, who is extremely welcoming and kind to us. Big shout out to him.
