Tsamis Zante Suites

Stayed at the hotel from 13th July 2026 to 20th July. We arrived at the hotel at 22.30 in the evening after travelling 11 hours. We was greeted with food as they had saved some as we was the last guessed to arrive. We got to our room at around midnight. We was first allocated room 101 and all I can say is that this room is directly next to the pumping station / septic tank as the smell is horrific. I did complain the next day as the room had a constant air freshener masking the smell, which got on my chest. We was moved to 105, which wasn't as bad but you could still smell the horrific stench. Apart from that the hotel is amazing and all the staff are a credit to this hotel. A few bits of furniture (sun loungers/bed) could do with upgrading But that wouldn't stop me going again. The views are amazing and the sea access is good.

I wouldn't know what could have been better during our stay. Big ups for the staff for being exceptionally friendly. The hotel porter VASILIS in particular deserves a big shoutout. Super sociable guy towards ALL of the guests and helped us with literally anything. We lost our beach gear? Vasilis came to the rescue to help us find it back. Needed a rental car? Vasilis made sure it was parked in front of our hotel room at excactly the agreed time. You could see all the other guests engaging with him as if he were a good friend rather than an employee as well, so i think hotel management should hold this man very dearly, as this is definitely not the standard elsewhere. Room itself was nicely cleaned when we got there and it was kept that way every day throughout our stay. Room itself is nice, has everything you need. Beds are very comfy. Breakfast is excellent, super varied and fresh. Athmosphere throughout the hotel grounds is super relaxed. Absolutely zero noise or partying people or whatever. Location is pretty secluded, which adds to the chill athmosphere. Nice beach and view directly in front of the hotel. If you want to see the rest of the island, which you definitely should, a rental car is a must-have. Overall experience was superb. Would definitely recommend!

Great Hotel. Our second visit and we will be back! Chilled, quiet and excellent staff and food. Vasselis in the Reception area was particularly attentive and deserves to be promoted to Assistant Manager-very helpful and excellent English! We had a great time and would recommend it.

Just returned home from 10 nights staying here.The staff were the best we have experienced at any hotel.The hotel itself was spotlessly clean.Our room was spacious with everything we needed.water was replenished daily,however if you wanted coffee pods you had to pay for these.The only problem was the hanging space for clothes ,there was nowhere with enough height in the wardrobes to hang dresses.The area feels remote.There is a bus stop half a mile away,also a taverna and supermarket.We didnt find the roads suitable to walk along as they had no pavements.We did miss going for daily walks.The hotel has direct access to the sea by way of steps.The setting is beautiful.We were half board,which you would need to be unless you have a car.A negative for us was the fine dining restaurant and vegan restaurant were both closed during our stay.The food was very good.Sometimes we food it not to be hot enough.I personal didnt find they had a good variety of plain grilled/baked fish and meats,most proteins were in sauces. That said we always found enough to eat.There was some wines missing from the wine list,also no beer on draught during our stay.A big negative was the smell of sewerage walking along a path to the pool and restaurant.It was at times overpowering. But if you want a relaxing holiday this is the place to go.

Lovely hotel, slightly remote. Its a 5 star hotel but I think 4 stars is a better valuation, very clean rooms, ours was without a private pool, the location is very quiet with minimal parking. The staff were all excellent and friendly. Most spoke English so don't get some of the negative reviews, elsewhere, about not speaking English. The hotel was very clean and the rooms nicely furnished and had a safe. There are three pools one on the main building where the reception is and shaded from the sea breeze with a bar area and pool side mattresses. The two other pools each on a different level overlooked the sea again both had bars also they both had pool side sun lounger mattresses. There is no beach to speak of but there are steps leading into the sea, where you can wade out at least 50 meters. The breakfasts were great , with a good mix of cooked food , cold food cereals coffee , tea, fresh omelette, fruit etc. The evening meals served between 1900-2200 hrs were excellent with a large choice of salads,hot and cold food , lovely deserts etc. The only let down to this hotel was the fact that there is no beach to lay on although there are plenty sun loungers on the sea side sitting area. This area can get a bit wet if it starts to get breezy as the waves splash onto the terrace area. If this happens you can move to the other pools. Zakynthos itself is approximately 30 mins away. Overall an excellent stay ,
