The experience at the canopy by hilton was exceptional. The staff are all amazing so welcoming and friendly and will anything for you. Special mentions to Dorlly, julia, lea, sajal, alexander, chantana, Greg, ricky but every single member of staff were brilliant.

I had a wonderful experience at Canopy Hilton Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front office staff made me feel welcome. They were friendly, polite, and professional, and they treated me with kindness and respect throughout my stay. Thank you to the front office team for your outstanding hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Hospitality & Truly Caring Staff at Canopy by Hilton Seychelles Our stay at Canopy by Hilton Seychelles was wonderful, but what truly made it special was the exceptional care and kindness shown by the entire team. A very special mention goes to Ms. Jaimine at Reception. She is an absolute gem and one of the most helpful and caring people we have come across during our travels. Her warm, jolly and positive nature immediately made us feel comfortable. During our stay, my 2-year-old son needed attention and she was so caring and helpful with him. More importantly, my wife had a very painful accident when her finger got caught between a door, and her diamond ring became tightly pressed into her swollen finger. She was in deep pain and we were extremely worried. Ms. Jaimine immediately stepped in, took the situation seriously, and called the engineering team to carefully cut the ring so that my wife’s finger could be freed. Her calmness, quick response and genuine concern during that stressful moment meant a lot to our family. We will always remember her kindness. A special appreciation as well to Mr. Sajal from Housekeeping/Room Service. He is truly a gem of a person—always polite, helpful and genuinely warm. His service and friendly attitude made our stay even more comfortable. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Ms. Irene and Mr. Betuel at Reception for their welcoming attitude, assistance and hospitality throughout our stay. Hotels are remembered not only for their rooms and facilities, but especially for the people who make guests feel cared for. The wonderful team at Canopy by Hilton Seychelles certainly made us feel that way. Thank you, Ms. Jaimine, Mr. Sajal, Ms. Irene, Mr. Betuel and the entire Canopy by Hilton Seychelles team, for making our stay so memorable. What I will remember most are the people ❤️ I came to the Seychelles expecting beautiful beaches, warm ocean and tropical views. Canopy by Hilton Seychelles gave me all of that — but surprisingly, this is not what I will remember most. I will remember the people. There were so many small moments during my stay that made me feel genuinely welcome. People smiled, stopped to talk, asked how I was and seemed truly interested in the answer. One morning I was looking for my first coffee of the day. An older lady from the restaurant came over to help me and we started talking. I told her that coffee is the first thing I think about when I wake up and asked about her morning ritual. She smiled and said: “First water. Then pray. And then coffee.” And then she added that everyone has the right to their own rituals. Such a simple conversation — and yet it stayed with me. That warmth appeared again and again throughout my stay. Even when I wasn’t feeling well, people noticed, asked if they could help and showed a kind of natural care that cannot be written into a hotel service manual. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and full of thoughtful details. I loved the interiors, the art, the atmosphere, the breakfasts and all those little touches that make you stop and look around. But the real luxury here, for me, was something much harder to design: feeling genuinely welcome. Thank you to the entire Canopy team for that. I arrived remembering the views. I’m leaving remembering the people. And I think that says everything. ❤️
