Canopy by Hilton Seychelles

We had a wonderful stay at the Canopy by Hilton Seychelles. It was like a dream. The Hotel itself has an elegant design which fits to the vibes of the island. It has a nice pool area and is in front of a beautiful beach. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They made our stay even more pleasant. I want to name especially Irene, Eva, Ella, Fiorina and Kamal who I had the chance to talk to some more. The food and drinks in the Avocet Restaurant and the Sega Bar were exquisite and delicious. At some evenings they had live music. I absolutely recommend the red snapper, the tuna tartar, a coconut to drink, the alcohol free strawberry guava cocktail and especially the coconut creme brulee.

Great beach and service. Hotel offered an upgrade, free water and tastings every day. Breakfast options are incredible!

Clean hotel with really good service. Restaurant is good. Special mention for Chefs Vishal and Whitney. Whitney baked us coconut cookies when they were not available during normal breakfast Jemmy orginized us two great excursions. Snorkeling trip to marine park via glass bottom boat is worth to mention. Souvenir shop is also worth to visit. There were lot of heavy rains in october but it did not bother us

John from the restaurant was very good and kind,I loved his service, excellent 👏 from guest relations,Jemmy was also excellent, relates with guest very well,very friendly 😀
