I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at your establishment. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was impeccable. A special thanks to Nimal for being so friendly and attentive throughout my visit.

We stayed for four nights at Laila Resort at the end of March, choosing the property because it is associated with Marriott International. Unfortunately, our experience with housekeeping cleanliness was very disappointing. During our stay, we noticed a significant amount of sand in the carpet and throughout the room. The overall cleanliness did not meet expected standards, which caused frustration during our visit. My wife spoke with a housekeeping staff member outside our room and requested to meet the Housekeeping Manager. A lady who introduced herself as the Housekeeping Manager (a short lady, though I do not recall her name) came to speak with us. My wife explained the cleanliness concerns, and the manager apologized and assured us that the issue would be taken care of. However, despite this assurance, no noticeable improvement was made. This experience did not reflect the standards we expect from a Marriott-affiliated property. On a positive note, we truly enjoyed our dinners at Kafe Kerole, where both the food and service were excellent.

Wonderful experience with the staff from reception (Yanik etc), restaurant (Nimal, Mercia, Yanik, Tina, Ashia). Great people. The ambiance is nature, the hotel is exceptionally clean. It's quiet expensive but there is great value for money here.

We were came for honeymoon purpose but we had terrible experience the room cleaners is so bad restaurant food is so bad

We had a nice Stay, but would recommend only few days here. The location is not especially good, directly in front of the main very busy coastal road and you have to cross this road to reach the nearby beaches! Staff is mainly friendly and helpful especially the Breakfast and reception Teams, less the Pool and bar keeper where you have to ask many times to get fresh towels if there are any!! By arriving the room smells musty and also during our stay. Breakfast and teatime are appreciated and tasty. The Pool is huge and nice but surrounded with rooms, restaurants and bars, so always people around.
