I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to the spa. I received excellent service from Jill, who was wonderful. Additionally, it was my first time getting a pedicure with Laila, as I have only had massages in the past. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Her technique, attentiveness, and professionalism were truly outstanding. As someone who gets pedicures frequently at many different places, I can confidently say she is one of the best. I look forward to my next visit. Nathalie

The Indian food was fantastic - very authentic and tasty. The chef Ankit and Kaushal were very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for the great experience.

First imressions matter. I arranged collection from the airport with the hotel. My flight was delayed and I arrived at 3:00am in an unfamiliar location and the hotel had arranged a driver to collect me but they simply forgot about me. I spent around 10 minutes trying to find someone, followed by almost 20 minutes calling the hotel with no answer. Being left alone at that hour, with no assistance or way of contacting the hotel, was incredibly stressful. Unfortunately, this experience completely set the tone for the rest of my stay and left a very bad impression of the hotel. What should have been a welcoming arrival instead became one of the most stressful hotel experiences I have had. A serious failure in service and something I will not forget.

Laila was the most fantastic place to stay on a business trip, equipped with fantastic facilities and beautiful rooms. The beach is idyllic across the road and I must add a special mention to Themba, for his first-class service and genuine kindness! I would absolutely return for both business and personal trips.

First the buffet was fantastic and everything taste amazingly delicious thank to chef ankit and another great waitress add with this amazing night Mrs nimal the most incredible waitress ever exist his love and patience and kindness made all my children happy and warm with joy
