Our stay at Laila Hotel exceeded all our expectations in so many ways! We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely wonderful – beautifully maintained, very clean, with housekeeping twice a day, delicious food and lovely surroundings. The beach is simply stunning and also offers great opportunities for snorkelling. As hotel guests, we had complimentary access to beach towels, sun loungers with parasols and a fantastic range of water activities, including a glass-bottom boat, kayaking and SUP. It was wonderful to have all of this included in our stay. A special mention goes to Jossel and Richard, the lovely guys working at the beach. They were always so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and went out of their way to make our experience even more special. They also offered fun little activities such as fish feeding and snorkelling trips, which we really appreciated. The hotel staff were equally amazing. Everyone was genuinely kind, attentive and helpful, always making us feel welcome. We would especially like to mention Ronny at reception and Jean Paul, the chef, for making our stay extra memorable. What truly makes this hotel special is the combination of its beautiful setting, excellent facilities, delicious food and, above all, its wonderful people. We left feeling genuinely happy and grateful for our stay. Laila Hotel was everything we had hoped for and more. We would absolutely love to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay here!

We had a fantastic stay and honestly couldn't fault a thing! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and always happy to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. The facilities were brilliant, particularly the pool and pool bar, and having the beach just across the road was an absolute bonus. The food deserves a special mention because it was genuinely 10/10! Every meal was fantastic. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for much more. Everything was just perfect, and we would happily return. Highly recommend! 🌴

We stayed at Laila Resort for three nights in a room with a partial sea view on the third floor. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the experience exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights was the breakfast. The homemade jams, freshly prepared booster juice, and oatmeal were outstanding. The only suggestion we would make is to offer a wider selection of dairy products, such as Greek yogurt. The entire property, including the beach area, was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Our room was modern, comfortable, and the housekeeping service was excellent throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea and coffee service, which included muffins and small pastries. It was a lovely touch after spending time at the beach or exploring the island. A special thank you goes to Mohamed, the hotel manager. He regularly checked in to make sure everything was perfect, was always available when needed, and provided assistance with every request. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests made a significant difference and elevated our stay even further. The entire team deserves recognition as well. Whether at the beach, handling watersports equipment, at Café Kreol, or throughout the hotel itself, everyone was consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We also highly recommend the cocktails and drinks at the Laroul Pool Bar. The beach is beautiful, clean, and the ocean is simply perfect. The sun loungers and beach beds are well maintained and ideal for relaxing. The gym is good and offers everything needed for a holiday workout. One thing worth mentioning is that the gym photos do not show an excellent cable machine/workout station that is available and should definitely be highlighted. In the future, a few heavier dumbbells or kettlebells would be a great addition. We also enjoyed the table tennis and foosball facilities in the evenings. While the foosball table is more suited to children due to its lower height, it still provides a fun activity. Families will also appreciate the children's play area, including a PlayStation 5. We highly recommend the hotel-organized tour to Victoria, which takes place twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday). Guests are picked up directly from the lobby, receive a brief historical introduction, and then have about 1.5 hours to explore the city independently. It is an excellent way to discover Victoria. Overall: A truly wonderful stay with outstanding service, exceptional hospitality, a beautiful beach, and great facilities. We would happily return and strongly recommend Laila Resort to anyone visiting Seychelles.

What an incredible experience from start to finish! We stayed in the beautiful two-bedroom family suite, and honestly, everything was amazing. The rooms were stunning, spacious, comfortable and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The food was absolutely to die for! Every dish was bursting with so many delicious flavours, and we genuinely looked forward to every meal. The customer service was outstanding from the moment we walked through the doors. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive, making us feel special throughout our stay. The whole atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything from the accommodation to the food and hospitality was exceptional. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely love to return.
