Nice, modern and na ew hotel in a center of a tiny town, 2 shops are nearby and very easy and short access to the airport. The room was specious, great staff, breakfast rather poor . The beach although is public could be cleaned more often.

A special thanks to Pankaj and Ankit for their warm hospitality, attentive service, and friendly nature. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. 🙏😊 Their dedication and personal touch made the experience even more special. It is a very nice hotel, very new (opened around 2-3 years ago); the rooms are very clean, spacious, well designed; excellent housekeeping service. Like the event regularly organized for Bonvoy members and wine tasting. Many food options including breakfast/dinner in the main restaurant, beach restaurant and pool bar. Just one improvement suggestion: the staff in the Laroul pool bar should be more attentive and provide a better service. I wanted to order something in the afternoon in the pool bar, was told by a male worker (don't know his name) to wait and then was just ignored by him. One should not treat guests like this and let someone wait for long time.

The rooms are stunning, thoughtfully cooled to balance Seychelles’ tropical warmth, with beds so comfortable you’ll never want to leave. Traveling with our 10-year-old son, we were touched to find a perfectly prepared separate bed waiting for him — without us even asking. That attention to detail speaks volumes about the care and thoughtfulness of the team. We had the privilege of celebrating my husband’s birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond. The bed was beautifully decorated with a welcome-back message, and they surprised us with a special rooftop dinner under the stars — an unforgettable experience that made the occasion truly magical. The hotel’s deli is a treasure in itself, offering the best desserts, pastries, and dinners to enjoy onsite or take home. Their wine selection is excellent, and with Kafe Kreol just across the road, you can easily access the beach while enjoying cocktails, lunch, or dinner. What makes Laila stand out is not just the location or amenities, but the people. The staff radiate joy and hospitality, and GM Tom is a remarkable host who ensures every guest feels valued and cared for. In every way, Laila Hotel is exceptional value for money — blending luxury, warmth, and unforgettable experiences. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s a place to feel cherished.

At the front desk, Samira provided the best arrival experience. She is very nice and great knowledge of hosting her guests
