The hotel is beautifully designed with elegant architecture and well-kept grounds. However, service is inconsistent — about 60% of the staff are attentive and kind, while others seem indifferent and uninterested in guests (even passing by without a greeting). The food is good, though service can be slow, and incorrect orders occured daily. Thomas at the Soley Bar deserves special praise for his exceptional attitude, and Stefan stands out as one of the best managers at the hotel who truly understands hospitality. There are too few sunbeds for 41 villas, even when some guests are off property, and the private pool would be much more inviting if it were properly cleaned and maintained. Overall, a beautiful resort with great potential — but consistency in service and upkeep would make a real difference.

We had such a fantastic experience from start to finish! From the friendly welcome and delicious welcome drink to the beautiful anniversary welcome in our suite with a plunge pool. The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable with the most closet space we've seen at a hotel. Mango House was our choice to a relaxing end to our Seychelles trip and it did not disappoint. If anything we were so disappointed that we didn't have time to stay another night! Every single staff member was so genuinely welcoming that we enjoyed each part of the hotel thoroughly. It is a small resort so it could get a bit boring just to stay at the resort for days but it was perfect for us to spend a full day and a half without leaving the resort. If we had more time we would have done the visit to Canopy as the beach here is quite small and the sand pretty rough but we wanted to spend all our limited time at Mango House. They had constant snacks and drinks available at the main house and even brought small snacks to us when we were at the upper pool. We had lunch at Soley and highly recommend getting the margherita pizza. We enjoyed our lunch in the mini cabana while watching rays swimming in the bay. And each restaurant/bar we visited had the friendliest service we experienced in Seychelles. Most importantly we were so thankful for the special attention to the details we received as a congratulations for our wedding anniversary. They really made our trip special like we were on our honeymoon again!

I had a truly enjoyable experience. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, starting with Mr. Daniel in security, Mr. Ahmed at the front desk, and Mr. David and Stephanie Muse in Food & Beverage. They were all wonderful. ​They truly made our day special, enjoyable, and memorable. I highly recommend that everyone visit to have the best experience; the property itself beautifully evokes a sense of nature.

To say we loved Mango house would be a huge understatement. Our suite was beautiful. The grounds and pools are wonderful. The food is excellent. The service is impeccable. Special shout out to head chef Mohammed along with Ingrid and Christine at the front desk. They truly personalized our experience and could not have done a better job.

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Nathalie at The Muse restaurant of Mango House, and she was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and completely at ease. Nathalie was warm, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Her timing and attention to detail were impeccable, and her thoughtful recommendations made our dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines such genuine kindness with true professionalism, but Nathalie did exactly that. She turned a beautiful meal into a truly memorable experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Nathalie, for your outstanding service and for making our evening so special!
