incredible experience at Mango House. it is literally paradise!! all the team are so professional, from the reception team to the teams in the restaurants to all the teams maintaining the gorgeous grounds. everybody goes above and beyond to make sure that you have a memorable stay. A special shout out to Anna, Nathalia and Emma who were always so warm and friendly but If i could name every single member of staff I would because everyone works so hard and deserves to be recognised. if you get the chance to visit mango House, you absolutely should it was one of the most relaxing and gorgeous holidays.

A Truly Memorable Stay at Mango House Seychelles. A special thank you to Chef Mohammed and Chef Samar. They were both incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made the dining experience genuinely memorable. The food was excellent, and their hospitality made us feel very well looked after. I’d also like to thank Liza, Marie-Ella, and Emma for their kindness and great service throughout the stay. Everyone was warm, professional, and always happy to help. Mango House is a beautiful property, but the team is what really made the experience stand out. Thank you all for such a memorable stay, I would definitely love to return.

We had high expectations for Mango House, and I want to start by saying that the staff were absolutely amazing. From the front reception and restaurant teams to the bartenders, bellhops, and housekeeping, everyone we encountered was warm, kind, attentive, and professional. Our disappointment was not with the people—it was with the property and the number of maintenance and quality-control issues we experienced during such a short stay. The best way I can describe our experience is like owning a Ferrari that keeps breaking down. It looks beautiful and luxurious, but at this level, everything should work and the small details matter. Our shower would not properly turn hot because the diverter appeared to be malfunctioning. The stones along the bottom of the shower looked like they had mold or mildew growing on them. In some of the common-area bathrooms, there were no paper or linen hand towels, leaving only tissue paper to dry your hands. We also encountered soap and lotion bottles that appeared to have been mixed up, with the wrong product coming out of the labeled bottle. More concerning, an umbrella by the pool actually fell on my wife. Poolside service was also inconsistent—you often had to actively look for someone if you wanted to order a drink or food. Even some of the pool towels were noticeably worn and torn along the edges. The beach was another disappointment. It was extremely rocky, and I cut myself twice trying to swim. For us, comfortably swimming from the beach was essentially out of the question. We have been fortunate to stay at many five-star hotels and resorts around the world, and unfortunately, Mango House simply did not measure up to that standard during our visit. There were too many things that seemed to “break down” or fall short in the short amount of time we were there. To the resort’s credit, management did acknowledge some of the problems and waived some of our meals and drinks, which we appreciated. There are certainly positives. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the property has tremendous potential, and the breakfast was wonderful. Most importantly, the staff deserve recognition because they were genuinely fantastic throughout our stay. With better maintenance, attention to detail, pool service, and quality control, Mango House could absolutely deliver the five-star experience its beautiful setting and excellent staff deserve. Unfortunately, based on our stay, 3 stars feels appropriate.

From the moment we arrived at Mango House LXR, we knew we were somewhere truly special. It is, without a doubt, the absolute best place to stay in Mahé, offering an experience that surpassed every expectation we had for our trip. What truly sets this resort apart is its extraordinary team. The entire staff across every department was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. Whether interacting with the front desk team, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, every single team member went out of their way to ensure we were completely taken care of. A special thank you to Mariam, Sophie, Violet, Ahmed, Josie, Rachel, Marie-Ella, Anna, Stepanette, Yuliya, Anna (Restaurant), Emma (Restaurant), Marie, Ella, and Michael—each of you made a lasting impression and made our time here feel personal and effortless.

We had a fantastic week at Mango House Seychelles. The hotel is beautiful and the entire team were amazing. A special mention to Thomas at the pool bar and Anna Stephannette at breakfast, who were both absolutely fantastic and made our stay extra special. We have loved every minute!
