* The pools are nice and probably one of the better aspects of the property. * Complimentary shuttle services to Jewel and Changi City Point are convenient. * The room rate was reasonably priced for National Day weekend. Unfortunately, the overall experience felt decidedly mediocre and fell short of what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Service was the biggest disappointment. There was a general lack of warmth and attentiveness from the staff, with a somewhat lackadaisical attitude throughout the stay. The experience with the shuttle driver on the return journey from Jewel was particularly disappointing. The driver’s communication with a tourist could have been handled much more politely and professionally. By the second day, however, this level of service was unfortunately no longer surprising. Communication was also poor. I had specifically been told via email that certain credits were provided on a daily basis, only to be told something different upon check-in. Even more frustrating, the hotel’s “My Booking” page does not clearly show the inclusions attached to your reservation before arrival, making it difficult to verify what you have actually booked. The whole process felt unnecessarily confusing. Simple requests also took far too long. A request for a toothbrush took close to an hour, if not longer, to arrive. For a five-star property, this really shouldn’t be the case. The food was another weak point. Breakfast was mediocre, and dinner was similarly underwhelming. We were particularly disappointed by the National Day special dinner, which surprisingly featured very little in the way of local dishes despite the occasion. At the discounted 50% price, I still wouldn’t consider it good value, and the original price of $92++ is quite shocking given the quality and selection. As a Dusit Gold member, we were offered a late checkout, but beyond that, the loyalty benefits didn’t really make much of a difference to the stay. We decided we will check out on time anyways. Overall, there isn’t much to do at the property unless you’re specifically there for golf. For a short getaway, I would struggle to recommend it when there are so many other options in Singapore that offer a better overall experience. From the check-in experience onwards, almost everything about the stay felt average at best. I was genuinely surprised that this is positioned as a five-star hotel. In my opinion, the experience was much closer to what I would expect from a four-star property. There are plenty of better boutique properties in Singapore than this place. Wouldn’t return, but not like I’m their type of clientele anyways.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every team member was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help, making the our stay seamless and enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless. Our room was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority throughout the property. The facilities were also excellent. Everything was modern, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel relaxed and comfortable. Whether it was the common areas, amenities, or overall atmosphere, every detail contributed to a fantastic experience. Despite its convenient location, the hotel was wonderfully quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful night's sleep with no noise disturbances. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle bus service to the city, which made getting around easy and hassle-free. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding level of service. The staff's attention to detail, warm hospitality, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, immaculate accommodations, and first-class facilities. We will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Location is very out of the way, but it’s awesome when you need to just be away from the city. Dean helped me check in and he is the most lovely and patient staff. When I shared that I had booked the hotel for some alone time to recharge and really enjoy watching the planes fly off as it metaphorically brings a sense of peace and hope that things will pick up. He immediately looked for an available room that’s within the perimeter of my booking that catered to this. Absolutely thankful for his thoughtfulness especially in the realm where technology / AI is being used to increase efficiency. This human touch and thoughtfulness is spectacular. The only feedback that I’d give for improvement is to have a wider range of food choices please. Apart from this, amazing stay. Thank you!
