Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore

Generally nice enough but I wouldn't expect much beyond a nice place to sleep before heading elsewhere. + Close to airport. + Good spot to stay for the night when in transit to somewhere else. + Rooms are spacious, modern. well presented and clean. + In-house restaurant Greenhouse was expensive but excellent (both the food & service). - Generally feels like a DIY hotel, staff numbers felt very limited except within the restaurants. - Whilst the pool is fairly large it is shallow with floor and wall tiles not installed flat/flush creating a risk of nicking your feet on sharp edges. - The pool area itself is surrounded by buildings making it feel oppressive and drab, particularly when you consider the amazing views out to the manicured golf course which could have been taken advantage of... - One person servicing the entire pool area (behind the bar @ Tee Deck), no one to clean up after other guests or to take orders by the pool. - Many drink options were unavailable at the Tee Deck, apparently no one to available to source them from the other in-house restaurants. - "Deluxe Laguna Patio" room we had consisted of a small patio surrounded by a half-dead hedge and rubbish (empty bottles and plastic) on the ground. The view beyond the hedge was of a shear prison-like concrete wall. - The hotel location is under significant construction, based on the scale of work it doesn't look like construction will end anytime soon. - Being close to the airport the area consists of commercial buildings supporting the aviation industry (logistics, freight, etc.) so not much to do nearby. - Having booked airport transfers for early the next morning on check-in we found no one had actually booked anything on check-out resulting in a mad scramble to organise multiple taxis to the airport. Given the proximity to the airport not a huge deal however not how you want to start the morning of an international flight...

We had a wonderful check-in experience at Dusit Thani, thanks to Mr. Irfan! He welcomed us warmly and made us feel comfortable and valued from the moment we arrived. His professionalism, friendliness, and excellent customer service truly made a great first impression. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted by someone who goes the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome. Thank you, Mr. Irfan, for making our arrival such a pleasant experience. You are a great asset to the hotel! We loved the quiet environment, a huge room and the bidet!!! The hotel also had ample parking spaces and a good sized pool. Highly recommended and looking forward to our next stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was very pleasant. A special shout-out to Irfan from the front desk for his outstanding service! He was professional, helpful, attentive, and greeted guests with a warm smile. On top of that, Irfan is a very good-looking guy who presents himself well and makes a great impression. His excellent customer service and positive attitude truly made my experience even better. Thank you, Irfan, for going the extra mile and making guests feel welcome. The hotel is lucky to have such a dedicated staff member. Keep up the excellent work! Highly recommended, and I would definitely consider staying here again! 👏😊

Nice place at the golf green. Fairly quiet with the occassion plane flying overhead. Several issues with the room.(broken shower head, broken telephone,broken light switch) that was promptly fixed. Got a good rate for the room too. Took the free shuttle bus around Only drawback that is that nothing is in walking distance. You either need to take the shuttle bus to a location, or cab your way out. Would still recommend

Beautiful hotel with delicious food and great service. Pool is amazing and it was the perfect place for a night between long haul flights. Irfan was extremely helpful as were the reservations team and the overnight staff with our last minute booking.
