Wonderfully Relaxing and memorable stay made extra special by the friendly and attentive team — truly 8 star service from Mr Riyan , Toby, Yuslyn, Siti, Sophen, Umairah and front office team. Lovely breakfast spread and special mention to KY, Firdauz and Planter’s shed culinary team. A great experience at the Banyan Spa and to Ms Kathy, Ruby , Grace and Wei Nee for an enjoyable and relaxing time. Truly a sanctuary for the senses !

Good hardware. Service is far from expectations. Feels like more training is needed for the hotel and restaurant staff.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, environment, and service—quietly secluded yet conveniently comfortable. Its unique eco-friendly treehouses are especially ideal for family vacations with children. Special praise goes to the hotel managers Mr. Toby and Miss Shammy, who professionally and warmly introduced us to the hotel's amenities and entertainment options, and provided prompt, thoughtful service throughout our stay. It was a pleasant and relaxing journey—we’ll definitely return again.
