Pullman Singapore Hill Street

A wonderful experience we had at Pullman Hill Street. Hosted a business meeting with Hotel stay for over 70pax and they delivered! Excellent service when it came to meeting turnover and hotel stay requests. The guest experience was great and we’ll be back to host our parties and events there again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pullman Singapore Hill Street. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and extremely well run, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool was a real highlight. The views across to Marina Bay Sands are spectacular. One afternoon we sat by the pool watching a huge rainstorm roll across the city and then clear again, and it was phenomenal. Such an incredible spot to take in Singapore. What really stood out, though, were the staff, particularly Mukesh and Nikah at reception. Unfortunately, during our stay our baby became quite unwell, which was obviously very stressful being away from home. They could not have been more helpful or caring. They arranged for a doctor to come directly to our room, helped us organise supplies and medication, and continually checked that we had everything we needed. The restaurant staff were equally accommodating and helped arrange special meals for our baby that we could have in the room while she was unwell. At what could have been an incredibly stressful time, the staff made us feel genuinely looked after and supported. That level of care made such a difference to our stay and is something we won’t forget. Fantastic hotel, spectacular rooftop views and, most importantly, wonderful people. We loved it and would absolutely stay again.

We were looking for a relaxing 6 days in Singapore and you couldn’t pick a better hotel for this. Benjamin checked us in and ensured we didn’t miss a cocktail in the executive lounge. Harri looked after us on the pool deck bringing ice waters and ensuring we were looked after. Kimberly, Domennic and Jureeporn were lovely hosts in the executive lounge ensuring our drinks were always full. With Elise looking after us on the pool deck on the roof it was a fantastic, relaxing holiday.
