Madison Hill restaurant food was good. Dom’s service was great! Highly recommend!

Great location within walking distance to many local attractions. Small yay boutique feel hotel with amazing food. We were upgraded to executive floor with views of the marina bay sands and other spectacular sights. Singapore is expensive, but the hotel made us feel special celebrating our special event. Thanks to Snekkaa, Muq the rest of the team that made our visit so enjoyable.

New-ish boutique style hotel located on the corner of New Bridge Rd and Hill St about 5 minutes’ walk from City Hall MRT. Rooms are small but the high ceiling and good use of space means you don’t feel boxed in. Room has standard fit out with large screen TV, empty fridge, tea and coffee, iron etc. Good Wi-Fi. Nice pool area and small gym but surprisingly there seems to be only one unisex WC and shower servicing this entire area. The things that weren’t so great included the rooftop bar/pool area being closed for planned maintenance for the month on June (not mentioned on Accor/ALL website) and an imperious check in experience where my enquiry about a possible room upgrade (in line with my ALL membership) was simply batted away by the staff member with a not so gentle comment about it being subject to availability and there being none, all seemingly without even checking. I’ve not previously received an upgrade so wasn’t overly surprised but given the manner of the response decided to check the hotel website when we reached our room and surprise surprise there was ample availability of the next category of room for the duration of our stay. I was advised at check out this was likely due to guests having late checkouts but given we checked in after 5pm that seemed disingenuous at best. Didn’t have meals in Madison or Moga but after paying $30 for a glass of rose and $8 for a Nespresso cappuccino in the bar didn’t see the need. Overall, a solid choice of hotel given the price and location but service disappointed

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Muq was most helpful with extending our checkout time. He was professional and polite.

Wonderful stay, greeted by Zaikhan to take your luggage and assist with getting it to your room I’m a Gold Accor member so was provided with early check in after a long flight, room was clean and aircon worked well which is important for me in Singapore
