It has been an extremely joyful and touching journey. Thank you to Pullman Singapore Hill Street for the thoughtful arrangements and services extended to my son and me. This trip to Singapore was my primary school graduation gift to my son. Upon learning about this, Siti Nurazia from the Room Reservations team prepared a handwritten graduation greeting card and delicious cake for us. My son was pleasantly surprised by this unexpected gesture, which has created the most precious memory for us this summer. She also went out of her way to arrange a quieter high-floor room for me after knowing I struggle with sleep. As an entrepreneur with 20 years of business experience, I treat everyone with sincerity and kindness. I firmly believe every genuine effort deserves recognition, encouragement and appreciation. Thank you once again. Wishing the hotel continued prosperity.

The hotel was AMAZING!!! The room was spacious, clean and the location is perfect!!! I want to give a huge shout out and THANK YOU to the staff, they were so amazing, friendly and welcoming!! Especially the porter Aaron!!! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel, you won’t be disappointed!!!

I rarely write the reviews before I've even checked out, but this stay has been so exceptional that I felt the team deserved recognition right away. From the moment we arrived, the concierge team welcomed us warmly, followed by a smooth and friendly check-in experience. The thoughtful welcome gift from the Hotel Manager was a lovely surprise and made us feel truly valued. The room is comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Every interaction with the team has been warm, genuine, and professional. The highlight for me has been the housekeeping team. Returning to the room this evening, I was welcomed by the most adorable turndown service, complete with a beautifully hand-drawn welcome card that genuinely made me smile. What impressed me even more was the attention to detail. The team carefully arranged my mum's skincare neatly, creating such an elegant and thoughtful presentation. It's those little touches that create unforgettable experiences. A heartfelt thank you to Queen, Soya, Hui Feng, Ninna, and Stanley from the Housekeeping team. Your kindness, creativity, and attention to detail have made our stay truly memorable. I'm still enjoying my stay at Pullman Singapore Hill Street, but I already know this has been one of the most thoughtful hospitality experiences I've had in a long time. We had a great experience! Sid gave us Lots of tips on what to see in the area. We had amazing margaritas and the service was exceptional.

Hotel is walking distance from CityHall MRT station.Rooms are spacious, clean and new. Service was immaculate. Special thanks to Dom, the manager who went above and beyond to assist us in the lounge on Thurs, 23 Jul. It really made our day.
