Overall experience has been lovely. Doorman Mr Hari have a bubbly personality & friendly. Share with us shortcuts around the area. We specially would like to thank the housekeeper, Mr Sam! Without you informing us that we are checkin out the next day, me & my partner would have check out & jump into another hotel. Thank you Sam for going an extra mile, we appreciate it. I would be sure to look for you again & get you some nice goodies as promised since you werent working the next day. And thank you for keeping our room so clean & spotless. Everything was neat & organised when we came back.

The hotel stay was magnificent. The location was convenient for both the mrt and local attractions. The food and service was excellent as well. Hari greeted us each time we returned which was a special touch.

Me and my wife held our wedding here in October, and we booked the venue about a year earlier in June. From the beginning, Faith (Assistant Director of Events) was extremely helpful in helping us organise and plan our dinner banquet. We had many questions, from decor, to additional rooms, to utilising the perks, and Faith was ever prompt with her answers, going above and beyond to satisfy our requests and make our planning experience a smooth and enjoyable one. She even helped decorate our tea ceremony room! Special thanks as well to Vincent (Banquet Manager) to fielding our requests during the food tasting and managing the actual day banquet so well. We had a few hiccups on our side but he was extremely professional and our guests did not notice any disruption at all. Alongside Shafiq (banquet supervisor), our march ins went so well and our guests enjoyed the service of the banquet staff (special mention to Milo) During our normal phototaking, Dom (Brand Ambassador), without being involved prior to this, extended his help to bring us around good photo opportunities around the hotel, bringing us into the private room of MOGA, and brainstorming ideas with us. His warmth and conversation throughout our following 2 night stay made our experience so full and lively. During our stay, whenever we had our breakfast at Madison, Kelvin and Eunice always welcomed us and engaged us, such that we felt that we were among friends. Alongside the staff at MOGA who fed us beyond the lunch cut off timing, all these people truly made our stay and wedding at Pullman Hill Street so much fun, and I would highly recommend everyone to hold their events or wedding here! Or at least stay a night, and experience the magical experience the staff will usher you into. John

Appreciated the warmest welcome by the staffs and cozy accommodations at this establishment. The room is modern chic with awesome in-room amenities. No bathtub in the room that I was assigned, but it’s all good. Walking distance to many great places as well as the MRT station. The morning breakfast kind of blew my mind, great selections from Eastern and Western delicacies. The mie laksa stall lady was so sweet and accommodating. The front desk personnel were courteous and knowledgeable. The bell desk departments were very helpful and friendly. Overall everyone delivered exceptional service. This hotel definitely will be on my top priority when I travel to Singapore again.
