Pullman Singapore Hill Street

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff are attentive, incredibly kind, and responsive to all our requests. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The swimming pool is very pleasant after a day of work. The location is perfect for exploring Singapore. This was my third stay, and I will return with great pleasure.

Beautiful location with a great view of the pool with lots of greenery. The Oculus room that we rented for our Yoshinoya Day 2026 corporate event was spacious and well-equipped for our needs. The staff at the Pullman hotel were very attentive and helpful, assuring that everything could be arranged to our liking. We also appreciated Stephanie, who helped to advise and arrange for the event to ensure it was a success! Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a nice, classy space to hold your gatherings. The Halal food buffet was also delicious! And Pullman was very nice to accommodate for all our needs. Thank you!

This hotel turned out to be much better than I expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. The location is fantastic, with everything conveniently close by. As an Accor Gold member, I didn’t receive a room upgrade upon arrival, but I was offered early check-in, which was much appreciated. The room was modern, stylish, cosy and very clean. I really liked it and felt comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were also great – kind, friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is a significant downside. The walls seem to be very thin, and I could hear almost everything happening in the neighbouring rooms, including conversations and furniture being moved. This definitely affected the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel has two swimming pools, and the experience is quite different depending on which one you choose. The ground-floor pool was constantly busy with families during my stay. The rooftop pool, on the other hand, was a peaceful little haven in the early morning, before the restaurant opened. It was wonderful to have the pool almost entirely to myself. Once the restaurant opened, however, the area became much busier, both during the day and in the evening. The gym was great with modern equipment and everything needed for a good workout. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Pullman Singapore Hill Street. Despite the disappointing sound insulation and the lack of a room upgrade, the excellent location, lovely room, friendly staff and great facilities made this a very positive experience.
