I decided to celebrate my son’s 1st birthday at Madison’s after having dined there on a previous occasion and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The team at Madisons, in particular Kelvin and Elissa took great care of my family. They were really accommodating of our requests and went above and beyond to make this occasion extra special for my little boy and my other children as well. Thanks Kelvin and Elissa!

This was my first time staying at Pullman Singapore Hill Street, and one of the highlights of our stay was definitely the guest lounge. The lounge itself is excellent, with free-flow beer, a great selection of canapés, and even the opportunity to try some cocktails specially made by the team. However, what really stood out to us was the exceptional hospitality from Domennic. Domennic was incredibly professional, warm and welcoming. I also really liked his creative, slightly hipster style of dressing — it was cool and suited his personality perfectly! More importantly, he had a natural way of making every guest in the lounge feel welcomed and well taken care of. You could genuinely tell that he enjoys what he does. We were also fortunate enough to meet Domennic again while checking out, where he was just as friendly and helpful. He gave us some great recommendations and took the time to chat with us, which was a really nice touch and a great way to end our stay. A special mention to Suni as well, who was also very professional, friendly and attentive throughout our time at the hotel. Overall, a great first experience at Pullman Singapore Hill Street, with the hospitality from Domennic being the standout. He is definitely an asset to the hotel and someone who deserves recognition. We would be happy to return!

I brought my elderly mum and wheelchair bound sister for a 3D2N for my birthday staycation. I booked an elderly friendly Deluxe room that comes with 2 Twin beds. The shower room is big to accommodate a wheelchair or mobile shower chair. However will suggest a better layout as generally the room is fairly small to accommodate guest on wheelchair with a huge cabinet of the mini pantry and fridge just outside the toilet area. The space between the 2 beds are narrow to transfer my sister to the bed. The beds with the firm mattress are much higher for my mum and sister. Ideally for elderly and accessible room, the mattress should be at 23 to 25 Feet. Otherwise, our stay was great because of the staff hospitality and attention to my mum. I am very thankful of your front desk staff who help me to secured a connecting room which made our 2nd night more comfortable. To your team at Madison’s, I am very grateful to the team that accepted my request for a reserved table for our 2 days breakfast.
