Pullman Singapore Hill Street

This is a great hotel in a perfect location, close to City Hall MRT and walking distance to Fort Canning Park, Clarke Quay, the Fullerton and the Merlion. It has two pools, and one has a stellar view of the Marina Bay Sands hotel. I booked the Executive lounge option which was a good place to relax after a busy day sightseeing and shopping. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The housekeeping staff work really hard and the room always looks immaculate after their visit. Special shout out to Kimberly in the Executive lounge for being so helpful, always having a smile for guests, and stopping for a chat and a laugh. Negatives - not many. The bench in the room is very narrow and there wasn't a lot of space to unpack. The hook on the back of the shower door was very high and it was tricky to hang up wet swimming gear. A lower hook would be helpful. The room was a fair size for Singapore and the air con was easy to adjust. The hotel was quiet and I only heard noise from the street on one occasion, but it didn't last for long. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The hotel is well located close to City Hall MRT and the subway underneath connects to all the malls nearby funan, raffles and suntec. Lots of things to see nearby Fort Canning, Chijmes, Merlion, Clarke Quay. The hotel gave us an early check in which was helpful as we were travelling with a 3 year old. All the staff was also very attentive to our needs. Special mention to Charlie at the Lounge, Rose at Madison and Hari Om at the porter desk who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Location is perfect. Have been staying in Pullman Hill Street for 3 times. It is just perfect everytime. Fast & efficient check in, always prepared a tiny surprise of fruit platter, cookies during our stay. Lounge is perfect too, whole day refreshments & drinks. Service standard in Singapore's hotel industry has declined over the decade in my opinion, but Pullman Hill Street has always been so consistent in maintaining their best. Will definitely return to stay again & will definitely recommended friend & family to stay too.

Great location, you can easily walk around the Civic District, to Clarke Quay or even to Dhoby Ghaut and Orchard. The Peranakan Museum is very close. We’ve been here many times now and the atmosphere is always positive, primarily due to their lovely staff. How staff conduct themselves always reflects on upper management. I love how the staff are happy and hotel is consistently kept clean. The rooms are comfortable with very nice shower amenities and fixtures. The rain shower was hot and powerful. Good quality fixtures go a long way. Some more expensive hotels are not half as nice as Pullman Hill Street. The area is peaceful and safe. Everyone we’ve been with here, has always enjoyed themselves. The pool is my favourite too!
