Came here for dinner with my husband and had a wonderful experience. Elissa took great care of us throughout while working smoothly alongside her junior. We especially appreciated how patient and polite she was while guiding her colleague. Great service, teamwork, and leadership. We would definitely love to come back again!👍🏼☺️

Had a nice dinner at Madison. Our server Elissa was super attentive and made sure we were taken care of. We got a quiet table, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was amazing. Loved it and will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel and such lovely staff. Shout out to Agnes at breakfast, always there to greet us with her friendly self in the morning! And to Dom for the friendly evening chats. Can’t fault the staff and service at this hotel. Great location for our family sightseeing and rooms are great.

Came here for a business trip. Spacious clean room and had a lovely breakfast. Great food and excellent service from Elissa, who was friendly and attentive.
