Hotel Kristal

I went alone payed 464 euros for 2 night all inclusive + king masage. The rooms pool, sauna and massages were fine. The food was horrible for 4 star settlement. Poor menu choice. 1st day for lunch i choose fish i got 2 pieces of small fish not even half fish in total and mashed potatoes and peas (take note 22 euros is the lunch). The next day for lunch I ordered veal steak, the side dish was barley (overcooked). The sauce was too salty. The staff at the reception were unfriendly, rolling their eyes, etc... We strongly advise against visiting these establishment. The food is terrible considering the prices and 4 stars. Some staff members are rude.

very good location. Room is large with fine bed, tv, mini bar. Bathroom with bide and separate wash cabine. Food is ekselent with sauna, poll indor and outdoor, wather is heated and minerased. Hotel has parking

Have been to several thermal spa in Slovenia and I need to admit I am still surprised how great spa Dolenjske toplice is. Excelent food (local, delicious and great variety), outstanding spa ( saunas, whirpool and hot tube, not to mention relex room with water beds), swimming pool. The staff are very professional, helpfull and nice. The rooms very clean. A great spa for weekend escape, business purpose or a holidays. There are a lot of cycling trails and hiking around. In winter there is also a ski slopes called Gače. Definitelly will return very soon.

I stayed here just one night, luckily. I was alone so I had one bed in the small room. The room is even more narrow at the window so it gives additional feeling of a small place. Place was clean but, the soap smells nicely but you don’t get sleepers and a sponge to clean the shoes.

We have slight problem probably due to overbooking and had to wait 1,5 hour for room ( till 2p.m)but overall it was good stay, very clean rooms , good cuisine and very talented sous chef with excellent churros
