Hotel Thermana Park Lasko

A truly lovely experience at Terme Laško. Excellent facilities in the pools, a great selection of food, and very kind and accommodating staff in the restaurants.

Hello! We visited Thermana spa with my family ( 8 people). I live in United States so we get to visit once a decade although my family lives in Slovenia and they visit more often. No complaints about the spa, it was wonderful. All the complaints are about restaurant side and employee staff - which either needs re-training to be more kind to people and better understanding of retail business or staff needs replacing. We were berated, yelled at, and treated outright rudely when at the restaurant. While restaurant was the issue point, food wasn’t groundbreaking but wasn’t bad - same employees were seen later working at front desk so it is thermana staff. I also received an apology (if you can call it that) from a marketing chief from thermana d.d. It is a bad business practice to train your employees to yell at customers and throw Serbian-Croatian slurs at them - even if customer is wrong, which we weren’t in this situation - and even more bad business practice to have your marketing chief sent out a letter saying “apologize deeply” immediately followed by “your fault” and “employees acted within guidelines”. The letter actually made things worse because, if written truthfully and with care, it pointed out staff were not having rotten behavior because they were having a bad day - they were cursing at us and yelling at us because thermana management trained them to. I’ve lived on 4 continents and seen a lot of- but never have I seen such rude behavior towards customers as I have seen here. Shame.

Pure scam! At the entrance in front of the parking ramp, it is written that the user has the right to exit the parking lot for 30 minutes at the same price. We were "late" 5 minutes after 3 full hours of parking and they charged us 4 euros for those 5 minutes! At the reception, the employee pretends to be confused and tells me herself that it is a scam. Never again!

Serious safety Issues in the Sauna Area. We Witnessed two Girls having to Call the Police because of some Creepy Guy taking Pictures while they were naked saunaing and bathing in the pool. They were really upset because none of the staff came to help. When we asked them later, how they would proceed, They told us they didn’t even get to hear “sorry” From the management. The guy got to stay in the sauna! the girls had to leave because they didnt feel safe anymore. My friend and i decided to leave too, it s incredible how the victims get treated while a predator can keep doing whatever he likes. this is very irresponsible. I do not recommend this place!

We spent four amazing and very relaxing days in Thermana in July! It was a vacation that we needed as a family - to connect and have fun with our kids 🥰 Most of the time we spent in Thermal pools as well as playing Virtual Reality games! The new outdoor slides are amazing! Also this time we took chocolate massages for our kids and that was their first massage experience and they enjoyed it so much. We spent some time in Salt room to ease my husband allergies. Our apartment was spacious and the beds were so comfy (take one with hydro massage tub 🙌🏻)! The food is amazing and there are a lots of choice for everyone (Vegane, Ayurveda) If you are looking for place that will recharge your batteries fast than certainly choose Thermana Lasko ☺️
