Amazing hotel and stay from start to finish! Loved this hotel so much, could not fault whatsoever! When we arrived to check in all staff were so friendly especially Josh, who got us a map of the city and was so polite and welcoming and made us feel extra welcomed on our stay. Josh helped us with booking a taxi to the airport on departure, thank you so much Josh, you made our stay! When we checked in Josh and the hotel team brought us some complimentary chocolates to the room which was a lovely and kind touch. The room we booked was the townhouse which was so spacious and clean and the bed was huge! The room came with a speaker which was handy for playing music before heading out for the evening. The amenities in the room were outstanding including anything you could think of- shaving kits, cotton pads, toothbrush and toothpaste. The rooms also included a free refillable mini bar. We stayed for breakfast each morning, again greeted by such friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice of food and was replenished often. Myself and friends loved this hotel and would highly recommend to any other travellers. Thank you so much Josh and the team at the Apollo x

We stayed at the Innside for three nights and were very pleased with the accommodations and services offered at the hotel. Location is good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Barcelona.

Great location and customer service. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast buffet. We stayed at the hotel before and after our cruise. The double room is highly recommended for families or group of friends. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Kudos to Caroline who went the extra mile for us! Happy customers 😊.

I stayed here two nights before my cruise and everything was perfect. I'd definitely stay here again and I totally recommend. My "city view" was a little iffy though (I won't post those pics) because I understand that's not the hotel's fault.

We just left and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona! Our flight was delayed causing us to miss our connection (and delaying our arrival by a full day). I contacted the hotel via email to make sure they would not cancel our reservation and got an answer back from Jorge within minutes, confirming receipt and reassuring us that our room would not be cancelled. Once we arrived, checkin was easy and the entire staff extremely friendly. We got connecting rooms for our family of 4 and it was perfect. Simple, modern rooms, comfortable beds and strong showers. The free mini bar with water and juices replenished daily was a great bonus! Breakfast was superb, with everything from fruits, breads, danishes, cold cuts, yogurt, salad, omelet station, fresh churros with Nutella, waffles, pancakes - pretty much anything you want! Even a gluten free section is available. The hotel also has many different areas with seating to hang out (great for groups). Location is very convenient, just steps away from the metro and bus station. There was also always a taxi waiting outside in the corner, if you prefer that. We had a wonderful stay with absolutely no complaints!!
