Hotelové vybavení a zařízení vše ok.Wi-Fi na recepci zdarma.Aqvapark a 3 x bazén 100%.Restaurace slušná jídla se ale moc nestřídají.příplatek na in Exclusive nemá moc význam těch pár nápojů lze koupit i v supermarketu naproti hotelu.Pouze místní provenience (nic moc) Večery hlučná hudby z dětské animace a později k ránu řvaní a bitky Britských turistů,na něž se hotel zaměřuje.Ráno u bazénu krev zvratky rozbité lahve,které postupně dopoledne služba uklízí.Vzdálenost na pláž přes 2 km,tato je kamenitá velké oblázky. Cena je ok,ale příště raději jinam.Vyvarujte se vlaku velká zpoždění i přes 1,5 h,všude busem cena 1,5 E osoba směr (jednotný tarif)

Was put in the wrong room on arrival it was a Premier rooms which was very poor, took 2 days to be moved to an apartment which we book that was ok. All inclusive bar long queues and on the night only one bar open and still get drinks in a plastic cup. Food was very poor on the options children’s choice was chicken nuggets only in the restaurant. Not enough staff for the amount of people there I have been to a few all inclusive and this has been the worst one. I also spoke to the hotel owner at the Irish bar that he was drinking in with his wife he asked for my number which I gave him as he said the hotel manager will call me so I could tell him this but no phone call.

Stayed at the resort for a week as a family of four as part of an all inclusive package. There’s pros and cons to this hotel, going to try and be as honest as possible about the experience. We booked a premier room for an extra £150 as I think the other rooms are quite basic. Please don’t be fooled, there’s nothing premier about them. They have just been re decorated and modernised. Saying that though the bed was comfy and the room was cleaned everyday. The air conditioning was amazing and controlled with a handy remote! Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room if you want to supply the tea and coffee. Onto the resort and location. It was peak season so the place was packed. We always found sunbeds though. Of course the front ones nearest the pool are always taken up by the people who get up at 5am to place towels on but there are still ample. Don’t forget to take your own beach towels as the hotel don’t supply them, nor can you have floats in the pool. The resort is clean but in need of some TLC. You can tell it’s been around for a few years and needs refurbishing in some areas. The Aquapark is really good and again plenty of sunbeds. Around the pool is probably the worst. Cracked tiles and just looks a little run down. Onto the food and all inclusive part… I didn’t like the burgers and chips around the pool but the kids loved them so it’s a win for me. The food in the main restaurant is good and I’ve no complaints there at all. Breakfast is 8-11 which we found great as it never seemed rushed. In the evening we went for dinner at around 8:30pm to avoid the 7pm queues. Talking of queue’s, you queue for everything. In the daytime there’s two cocktail bars, one by the pool and one in the hotel. In the evening there’s only one bar open and it can be a nightmare to get a drink. There’s no fancy cocktails either, the all inclusive package is very basic when it comes to alcohol. It’s there to suit the mass and provide quick drinks. On a couple of occasions we walked into Albir, 15 minute walk to the beach which was perfect if you wanted something different. There’s a bus service outside, 2 euros each will get you into Benidorm. Old town Benidorm is lovely, as is the beach. We had an incident where some of our clothing was accidentally thrown away by the cleaning staff. It took about 3/4 days to resolve with the management but I must say the lady in guest services was fantastic. This brings me onto the staff. Last year we went to Turkey and I found some of the staff quite rude. Every single staff member we came across at the this hotel was fantastic. So polite, welcoming and always smiling. The hotel was jam packed, yet the staff were brilliant and were working their socks off constantly! Overall it was a pleasant stay for the week, I’d say for a 3 star resort is fine.

We stayed all-inclusive at the resort for 10 days in July 2026 as a family of four, with 2 young kids aged 9 and 6. Overall, we had a really good time and I’ve tried to be as factual as possible in my review. Starting with the positives: The resort was situated further out than Benidorm (which looked absolutely bonkers when we travelled through it to get there). We were really glad and extremely relieved to be away from all that madness with our young kids! First impressions of the hotel were good, the reception area seemed quite pleasant and the staff nice. We arrived pretty early so our room was not ready. We were able to leave our bags in a safe area and were free to immediately use the resort’s amenities (restaurant, bars, snacks etc) if we wanted to. Our room was ready earlier than expected and we were quite relieved to be staying in one of the outer apartment blocks, rather than one close to the central pool and entertainment area (which we quickly learned gets very loud at night). The apartment had sufficient room for our family. The beds were comfy and the air con was LOVELY. Shower worked fine and the kitchenette was alright as well. The room was clean and the maid service was fairly regular, with beds made up and clean towels and sheets. On the one occasion the maids did not leave us any fresh towels, a quick trip to the reception area and it was immediately sorted by some lovely front desk staff. A quick look on the maps showed we were about a 10 minute drive (approx 30 minute walk) from the nearest beach, although we never ventured far from the resort during our stay. The surrounding area was beautiful - some spectacular mountains and lovely greenery around the resort (palm trees, lime trees and grass). The resort is tailored heavily towards families, with plenty going on! The Aquapark on site was a big hit with our kids and we spent most days there having fun. The slides were incredibly fun and our kids spent hours and hours enjoying themselves here. The main pool area was fairly busy most days - we were just about able to get sunbeds each time we used these pools. Most families were down here quite early reserving sunbeds with towels before breakfast, but we just chanced it later on and always found somewhere eventually. The restaurant had a great selection of food every meal time. We loved the breakfasts and the themed evening meals. There was an ok selection of food for the kids (ours can be quite fussy sometimes but managed to eat something every meal). The desserts were particularly nice! The snack bar by the pool was brilliant and we used this most days for lunch. Pizzas, hot dogs and burgers were all delicious, plenty of soft drinks and beer on tap, and the queues were never too long. The other bar serving drinks and ice creams tended to have a slightly longer queue but it wasn’t too bad. The majority of the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. There were a lot of activities going on in the main pool area throughout the day which looked like great fun (though having young kids, we generally didn’t get involved in these). The evening entertainment was ok. The classic Mini Disco for kids was fun and we saw a few shows (the kids’ favourites were the Disney show, the magician, and the animal shows). The Lego Club at the hotel was a massive unexpected bonus - a HUGE hit with the kids who went a few times during our stay and loved the experience. Highly recommend signing up for this. There was a supermarket across the street for us to buy water and snacks for the room and there was also a pharmacy just down the road (I needed to buy decongestants on one day and it was easy to find). There was also a shop called Bazaar Asia selling useful items such as pool noodles, crocs (one of our kids broke his) and drinks carriers (VERY useful for our trips to the drinks bar in the resort). Here are some negative points: Despite being very clean and spacious, the apartment was a little dated, lots of scuffs and broken bits and bobs, and could probably do with a bit of a refurb at some point. Nothing too bad though (nicer than a lot of places I’ve seen). The resort was EXTREMELY busy. I would not recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. We had great fun, however there were a lot of older and more boisterous kids pushing and shoving their way round on most days. During our final couple of days at the resort, it got absolutely chaotic at times and the Aquapark got ram-packed, with lots of misbehaving older kids - the life guards were blowing their whistles every 30 seconds and it did not feel safe for our youngest child to be on the apparatus at one point. Despite the beautiful food, the restaurant was just absolute chaos. On some nights it was like a free-for-all, with people walking in all directions and trying to get to the food, and on several occasions, kids running around. It is a 500 capacity buffet style restaurant with plenty of seating but it was so noisy and uncomfortable at times, we just got up and left as we couldn’t hear conversations at our own table. For some reason, all the drinks machines were turned off at lunchtime and evening dinner, so everyone had to queue at a small bar at the back. This was probably the least enjoyable part of our holiday experience just due to the sheer volume of people using the restaurant. Quite tricky with young kids. By the end of the holiday it felt like “School Dinners”. On the last couple of days, some particularly noisy families moved into our apartment block and you could hear every single chair scrape and door and bang and scream and tantrum through the floors and walls which made sleeping quite difficult. Again, to be expected in a busy family resort. Maybe some signs up asking people to respect other families late at night would be a good idea? Overall, we had a fun time and would like to thank all the staff we encountered for being so nice.

We stayed here in July as a family of 16! Its a resort rather than just a hotel so has a much more livelier vibe. There is plenty of entertainment for kids and adults during the day and the aqua fit is very popular with at least 50 people taking part for an hour each day. There are 2 main pools, one shallower and easy for kids to stand in and the other deeper. Never an issue for sunbeds. There are stacks of them and of chairs and tables where you can just help yourself and place wherever you want. Naturally the spaces by the pool fill up quickly. We stayed all inclusive. For me the evening food was just ok, but I guess no more different than most lower budget AI food. The snack bar was fantastic. Burgers, nuggets, Hotdogs, chip, wings, pizza all warm and fresh. However the toasties were undercooked and generally dry. Pool bar open from 11 until 6. If you are all inclusive then branded spirits are included as are ice creams. There is generally a queue there but the team get through it pretty quick. The evening bar is the similar. For me the entertainment, which is outside, was ok but not amazing. Normally on a 2 week holiday there is a 2 week entertainment cycle so you see different acts each week, however that wasn't the case here and each week was the same. It was quite stop start as well as people queued up to have photos with the snakes or parrots so the entertainment stopped. Rooms were standard rooms, air conditioning was really good. Outside the hotel there is a fair few shops and restaurants. Its a very different vibe from say Benidorm, this area caters more for the locals and European visitors as opposed to the English. Opposite the hotel was an Irish bar which showed all sport and had a great vibe in the evening. Should you want a taxi to benidorm the hotel will ring for you but you could be waiting a while. An Uber can cost from 5 to 25 euros depending on demand but there is a taxi rank at the side of the hotel. All in a decent break. Probably wouldn't return only because of the area.
