Fabulous accommodation everything is near we were a family of 6 both self-catering apartments and found everything we needed was supplyed. The staff here are very helpful and most of them spoke very good English. I will be booking this accommodation even tho the street is very busy when you close the balcony door their is no noise issue

Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment with everything you need. Air con, excellent bathroom/shower. Small but ample kitchen. Comfortable beds. Theres a nice sunbed terrace on the roof which is nice and peaceful. All staff encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. A bit of noise outside early, but you are in benidorm. I would prefer cleaners to start later as it echoes a fair bit in the hallways, but they seem to do a good job. Have now stayed in 2 different blocks and both are good value. When booking though we were asked about any particular room etc we would like, and was there a special occasion, which there was.( 65 birthday)why i dont know because we never got our choice or even the occasion mentioned. However, minor details and we will return, very good value

Had a really nice stay. Very central location etc but we have not received our €100 deposits back for 2 rooms. We have tried phoning, speaking with AI assistant and also emailing the property with no response from either. Both apartments were left exactly how we found them as I'm a bit of a clean freak and there were no damages etc.

Found these apartments clean modern with everything you could need the staff came a couple of times in the week to offer fresh towels and ask if you want them to clean the reception staff are very helpful and welcoming loved my stay at the heart of the old town and very good value for money.
