Nové studio apartmány v srdci starého města, pláž ve vzdálenosti 100 m, kuchyně plně vybavená všemi potřebnými, pokoj je velmi moderní, šesti anglické televizní kanály, trezor v pokoji, v pátém patře mají penthouse Myslím, že jsou 5 z nich s velkou terasou a lehátky, ručníky poskytované dvakrát týdně a lůžkoviny jednou týdně, pračka a sušička v prvním patře, můžete využít bazén a posilovnu zdarma v sesterském hotelu, personál recepce velmi přátelský s dobrou angličtinu, recepce 24 hodin. Při příjezdu jsme museli nechat zálohu ve výši 100 eur, kterou jsem pochopil, protože pokoj je nový a velmi pěkný, že jsme se vrátili, když jsme se prohlédli. Great location, although noisy but we thought it probably would be. We had a superior suite with terrace. Apartment overall was ideal for our needs and was clean. Kitchen was tiny and not really suitable to cook a meal in but managed sandwiches and bacon and eggs. Lacked kitchen utensils. Bowls, a jug, tongs, wooden spoon and wine glasses would be useful. Thank God there was a lemon squeezer though, not for squeezing lemons (who uses that on holiday?) but the bottom was the only plastic thing there to put in the microwave! Supermarket was less than a 10 minute walk where we stocked up on essentials etc. Benidorm doesn't sleep. Wish the patio doors were tighter fitting to keep more noise out. It's quietens between 2am and 7am but people still feel the need to yell and not give a monkeys about the time! By 8am tables are going back out at the cafes. You really are in the heart of the Old Town here and noise will be inevitable. We loved where we were, just the poor patio doors let it down. Air con was a lifesaver! We were given clean towels on day 2 and housekeeping came on day 4 (Sunday). Our shower door runner broke. I had to report it twice but it was fixed promptly the second time. Shower was great and bathroom and bedroom spacious enough.

It was a nice apartment and central in the old town but there was no electric kettle . My mum burnt her hand from the steam from the kettle what you had to put on the hob . Microwave was in a cupboard under the sink unit which was to heavy from me and my mum too pick up and put on the sink unit and the glass on the balcony you couldn’t see throu so felt claustrophobic .

Lovely apartments , very very clean . Reception staff very friendly. Shower gel, shampoo and hand soap all provided. Balcony was very small but it served the purpose. The roof has a large sun terrace but not many sun loungers , could do with maybe a few more . All in all we loved it and would definitely return

Location is 10 out of 10 smack in the middle of the old town, I booked a superior apartment, I am glad it was superior I would not of wanted a ordinary one, no table inside to sit at, pretty small to, I was not there much for the first 2 days, on the third day I looked in the kitchen cupboards to find cockroaches, then found 2 in the bathroom so didn’t eat there, it actually looked clean and tidy when I first entered but then I seen the cockroaches but I was only there another day so no point in changing room, so just check before you unpack, kitchen cupboards and under sink.
