Asia Gardens - A Royal Hideaway Hotel

Byli jsme zde ubytováni od 20. do 23. června a mohu jednoduše říci, že to byl pěkný odpočinkový pobyt. Přijeli jsme pozdě kvůli zpoždění letu z letiště Leeds Bradford a měli jsme zarezervovanou dopravu z hotelu. Když došlo ke zpoždění, byla jsem e-mailem v kontaktu s recepcí a informovala jsem je o našem pozdním příletu. Vždy odpověděli a změnili čas vyzvednutí. Byli jsme uvítáni na letišti, kde jsme nastoupili do Lexusu 450 s hybridním pohonem 4x4. Transport trval zhruba 30 minut a měli jsme velmi přátelského řidiče. Po příjezdu jsme se zapsali a dostali horké ručníky a thajské čaje. Měli jsme vynikající luxusní pokoj s výhledem na moře. Pokoje jsou prostorné, s veškerým moderním pohodlím, velmi pohodlnými postelemi, minibarem, TV a dokovací stanicí pro iPod. Měli jsme jen nocleh a snídani. Snídaně byla vynikající a vhodná pro každého. Spousta opalovacích lehátek a klidná thajská hudba, která hrála v okolí. Zahrady jsou úžasné, v noci zde dělají velký hluk žáby. Nejprve jsme si mysleli, že to je nahrávka na CD. Bary jsou pěkné, ale drahé, 2 Coly za 9 eur. Vše se ale nachází na fantastickém místě, takže je příjemné si to užívat. Určitě se vrátíme, tentokrát na delší dobu. Chtěli bychom poděkovat personálu za dobrou práci.

Wonderful stay, all exceeding expectations. However, one incident needs to be mentioned in the hope that in future this can be avoided: My daughter wanted to buy something from the shop next to the Reception. It was closed and the receptionist told us somebody will come in 10 minutes to open it. Nobody came for 20 minutes and it seems the receptionist didn't make any phone call or anything to attept finding the person responsible for the shop. After 20 minutes I asked the receptionist how much longer we shall wait. While we were talking, a female guest approached the receptionist in French. The receptionist said she doesn't speak French and asked the guest if she speaks English. When the guest said "no", I offered to translate. At that point the receptionist said "it's ok, I speak French". Unbelievable! This happened on 4 August 2026 at about 8 pm.

Our stay at Asia Gardens was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had been transported to Asia. The beautiful room, the breathtaking tropical gardens, the lush flora and fauna, and the stunning swimming pools created a truly relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. What made our stay even more special was the friendly and attentive staff and the clean room. The greatest compliment we can give is that we definitely want to come back. It felt like experiencing the very best of Asia, but only a two-hour flight from home, a truly unique getaway. The only small downside is that you're somewhat dependent on the hotel's restaurants, as there aren't many appealing dining options in the immediate area. Fortunately, the quality of the food at the resort is fine, so this didn't take away from our overall experience. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We can't wait to return!

We visited this establishment for the second time after eight years, the gardens are always superb, the pools are magnificent but the place is not as clean as it used to be. Dirty lifts, old carpets, poor coffee machine, poor organisation between room service and cleaning, way to expensive prices for restaurants, poor organisation for breakfast….the place needs a refit but mainly a management change as the staff is always nice and kind.

We have been to this hotel many times and it never disappoints. We stayed for 3 nights in a suite and it was as good as ever. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool for suite guests is great, peaceful and pretty private so that was something we really enjoyed. The breakfast was excellent with a fantastic selection and the food was as good as it has always been. One thing I noticed was the prices were very reasonable compared to similar places I’ve recently stayed at in Europe so that was great. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxury stay in real comfort with excellent food.
