Cap Negret Hotel

Perfect hotel, lovely staff, great fun, wonderful food - really couldn't fault it. The shuttle bus into town was a nice touch and the spa experience was great too. Such a lovely team of people work at this hotel - congratulations to the management who have created something really special.

This was our second visit. A wonderful warm friendly atmosphere, from the moment you arrive to your departure . Nothing is to much trouble. Fantastic food, plenty of tasty choices all fresh and hot. Comfortable beds in spacious rooms. Every where is spotlessly clean. The staff work so hard, with a pleasant demeanour and a big smile. The curtesy bus is a big plus always on time and the driver is so polite and helpful. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We will be back 😍

Not much to fault here. Positives-enough pool loungers! Very clean. We had bed and breakfast-great choice and nice. Shuttle service to the old and new town most welcome as I struggle with mobility. Only negative I could really find is when ordered lunch (chicken ceaser salad) it came with awful like popcorn chicken balls. This was sorted out when explained and came back with cooked chicken on instead as requested. Staff friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at the Cap Negret a few times some years ago and had an average experience. Despite this we booked it again due to its location. Our room had great views of the beach and pool area. Room was very spacious and clean and has undergone some changes since last time. Bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The service in the hotel was excellent. A huge change from last time. We booked on a dinner and breakfast basis. The food has also improved and there is a huge selection of dishes. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend

Ok we paid for full sea view, first impression was room a bit small, pic showed walk in shower but we got a bath with over shower. Poor budget furniture. Shower didn’t work but was dealt with quickly, no plug for bath so asked for one but it never arrived. I like tv before bed but tv was waste of time unless you like telly sales or t j hooker & 80s corry! Overall room needs updating, definitely not 4star room but 3. View was superb definitely 5star! Room Was replenished every day great! Great pool & plenty of seating 4-5star! We paid room & breakfast but after 2 breakfasts we gave it a miss, poor quality , hot stuff was cold, hotdog sausage all fat bacon etc, fruit was ok, decent breads 3star. Few guests said food throughout day was very poor but we went out for food & was amazing! All staff were very nice & seemed very efficient & helpfull 5star! Bit out the way for restaurants & bars but we like walking, recommend altea old town fab!! Overall well run hotel with great outdoor space, disappointing room but fab view. Would not return but would recommend
