Cap Negret Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Cap Negret. The room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day — everything stayed clean, tidy, and well maintained, with fresh towels regularly replaced. The food was honestly beyond expectations. Three meals a day with huge variety — meat, fish, vegetarian options, fresh salads, and a very generous dessert selection. Everything was consistently tasty. I’m quite a picky eater, and I don’t say this lightly — it’s worth staying here for the food alone. We also rented bikes from the hotel and had a great ride to the lighthouse — an easy and really enjoyable trip. Paula and Yurii from guest experience were especially helpful with arranging the bikes and setting up the spa. The spa experience was overall very good. The sauna itself wasn’t particularly hot (around 65–70°C), but the jacuzzi was excellent, and having a cold plunge pool made it a relaxing and worthwhile experience. The heated beds were a nice touch as well. Service was quick and efficient. At one point, the bathroom door broke — we reported it to reception, and someone came within five minutes and fixed it immediately. That level of responsiveness stood out. Staff across the hotel — reception and guest services — were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. We were also given a packed lunch for the road, which was a thoughtful extra. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely come back.

It is an amazing place. Yurii was very kind and helpful. I used sauna , hot tube and jakuzi. Amazing... Even though I did lots of physical activities, l became very relaxed after this facility. Plus, open buffet food is great. It is very delicious and they changed some of the food in every meal

Just returned from very pleasant week in Altea. Hotel was clean, modern and ideally located for a ten minute walk into the centre of town A must is a visit to Altea’s old town, added bonus that hotel provides a shuttle to do this

Lovely hotel set on the beach .Little outside the town ten minute walk or there is a shuttle bus . They didn't advise this on check in which would had been useful .Breakfast was great amazing choices . Did feel a bit like a canteen as large groups of cyclists holidays but this didn't bother us. We ate two evenings in the hotel lot of choice but felt a little expensive and staff didn't make you welcome . Maybe a language barrier. Rooms are lovely and extremely clean to a high level every day. Shame bottled water not replaced daily
