Absolutely Disgusting — We Had to Leave I have never felt compelled to leave a hotel because of the condition of a room, but this was genuinely that bad. The room was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. It was dirty, unpleasant and nowhere near the standard you would expect from a hotel. We were so horrified by the condition that we had no choice but to leave and check out the very same day. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. Despite explaining how unacceptable the room was, we felt that nobody genuinely cared or made any meaningful effort to resolve the situation. We had paid for a stay and instead ended up leaving the hotel because the room was simply not fit for us to stay in. It completely ruined our plans and was an incredibly disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend management take a serious look at the cleanliness and standards of the rooms, as well as how complaints are dealt with by staff. We certainly would not return.

Arrived at the hotel on Tuesday the 4th August 2026 room 8.21 on arriving the check in time took ages and we waited over 45 minutes to checking in we then finally got to the room that looked clean at first look but after taking a better look the bathroom needs some attention and there was no shower head on the shower Breakfast was €10 a day the cooked breakfast was not worth the money very undercooked and the sausage had no colour at all the juices were all warm the yoghurt was warm and watery and the pastries were stail. There was towel delivered daily but had to ask for toilet roll and event ended up buying a pack from the local super market bedding was not changed at all during the week and we were there for 7 nights . The toilet need some harpic line scale remover in the toilet as it was discussing House keeping didn’t not remove any rubbish during the week and we checked out with 5 carrier bags left under the desk The pool area was very clean and tidy and plenty of sun beds, the prices were very good and staff very friendly (pool nuddles were arrival in the shop out to the right of the stair going into the hotel) and we just left there at the pool morning of check out

We spent seven nights at Hotel Benidorm East by Pierre & Vacances. The entrance hall and reception area looked modern and welcoming, which gave us a positive first impression. Unfortunately, our opinion changed once we reached the staircase and our room. The room, particularly the bathroom, was in poor condition. There was visible mould on the bathroom walls and doors, and the entire room had a strong smell of dampness and mould. This made our stay uncomfortable from the beginning. The biggest issue, however, was the constant noise and disruptive behaviour of other guests. There were many drunk British tourists who regularly returned late at night, shouting in the corridors and from their balconies. On one occasion, glass bottles were even thrown from balconies. As a result, we did not feel safe or comfortable during our stay. During our seven-day holiday, we did not have a single peaceful night's sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, as it clearly caters to a very different type of guest. I would also recommend that hotel management increase security presence during the night, with regular patrols of the corridors and common areas, to help reduce noise, disorder, and unsafe behaviour. Overall, disappointing accommodation due to cleanliness issues, excessive noise, and lack of effective supervision.
