Hotel Benidorm East by Pierre & Vacances

Unfortunately there is not much positive to say about this hotel. The rooms are run down. The food is mediocre. The staff not very helpful nor friendly. Stayed with friends, and honestly the only one that got any sleep during our stay was the one sleeping without his heading aid. Would never return, nor recommend.

As we were staying in Benidorm for an event at the Benidorm Palace we didn't really use any of the amenities. The room was basic but clean, and adequate.The main problem was the hill normally wouldn't be a problem to me but after two days dancing and walking miles that last push up the hill was too much. If you have mobility issues I would avoid this place.

Really wouldn’t say this is a 4 star hotel, more 3. Reception area is lovely and clean, and can’t fault the staff at all. However everything else was a 3 star standard, the breakfast wasn’t the best and be prepared for sunbed wars! People queuing for the gates to open at 10am and then people running to get them. We found the hotel in general really noisy, we got woken up at 4am every day by people in the rooms next door, as well as them having dogs in their room which would bark all night. Location isn’t bad but just at the top of ‘death hill’ so quite steep to walk up.
