La Cala Finestrat

Just amazing spot on very nice breakfast lovely room very clean very helpful staff stunning beach not to busy you can hire chairs and umbrella ...if I could find a bad thing it has steps to get in ....We will go back loved it...

I wanted to say how lovely your beautiful hotel is! It's been a fabulous restful two weeks with my husband Jason, and this was to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday. The bottle of prosecco that was left in our room was such a lovely touch and very thoughtful. The staff, from the receptionists, chefs and the cleaners, were very personable, friendly and always had a smile to greet us with whenever we saw them. We loved the way breakfast was ordered the night before, rather than self service buffet style, as food was made to order and always freshly made from scratch. We thought this was nicer than having to queue for whatever breakfast was left, as this saved any wastage and it meant that we got to know the chefs a little more. There was ample choice of breakfasts, be it a healthy choice of yoghurt granola and fruit, continental or full English breakfast, along with toast and spreads, cereals, tea, coffee and juice, biscuits. We had our room cleaned every day with fresh towels provided each time. The view from the balcony as we had breakfast, was fabulous and loved watching the beach start to come to life first thing in the morning! The hotel is set a few steps from the beach, which is set in a lovely cove, or you could use the rooftop terrace with sun beds provided. There are plenty of bars and restaurants dotted along the sea front and if you wanted to go to Benidorm old town, it was only 2 euros each and very frequent and easy to use. It was handy to have the use of hired chairs and umbrellas for the beach too. We will definitely be coming back as this is such a gem of a place and the hotel is small but intimate with a lovely chilled vibe. We can't fault La Cala Hotel or the lovely staff or Finestrat and my husband enjoyed exploring whilst I sunbathed. The area is very family friendly and felt very much at home here! My wife and I stayed for two weeks at La Cala hotel Finestrat, we both enjoyed it there. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very clean as well, all of the staff are lovely there. The reception stall were so nice to talk to and the staff that care for the rooms are also lovely. Breakfast was fabulous you plan your breakfast by scanning a qr code on a menu sheet then your breakfast is prepared for you when you tell the staff in the restaurant your room number. I liked how it was prepared and how you can change it and the good part is it done while you wait rather than it would be at an all inclusive holiday resort. Thank you to all of the staff at La Cala hotel, ps the beach is opposite the front entrance and there is a roof terrace as well. We will definitely come back to Finestrat it's a wonderful place, also explore the area it's great if you like to walk.

Lovely hotel , very clean and staff were excellent . The view from the balcony was brilliant over looking the sea . Already booked again for next year for honeymoon. One of the best hotels we have been to

Beautiful hotel. Clean. Excellent service. Only one negative comment breakfast too regimental. Need to go back to previous. Much better. But would definitely stay there again
