Magic Robin Hood Resort

We came as a family, first time here, we will definately be back! All the staff especially GINA at the pool bar have been terrific, so helpful and very accomadating! Five Stars from the Brown family Thank You Gina x

Avoid this place! We stayed here for a week and all wanted to go home after 2 days. A lot of stuff that is promoted online does not seem to exist here for example the “adults only lounge” we asked at reception they sent us to the castle to ask other staff members to be told it’s been closed a few years now, a gin bar, again no where to be seen. A lot of our family members became really unwell by the second day and spent most of the holiday with sickness and diarrhoea. Staff are so miserable and never want to help you, they only seem to help when they are taking your money. Check out was ridiculous, our transfer was at 7:30pm we had to check out of our lodge at 10 and our All inclusive wristbands stop working at 12? We enquired about a late check out they wanted €10 per hour and that was just for the lodge, still does not include the use of our all inclusive wristbands, or they wanted us to pay an additional €35 for lunch per person, or recommend adding an extra night for €400 NO THANK YOU. This wouldn’t be so much of an issue if we didn’t miss our first day so in reality we could only make use of out all inclusive wristbands 5 out of 7 days! Place is infested with flys we understand flys are very common and we are in Spain but to have the dinner halls full of flys was disgusting. Food was awful, yes there is a big selection but 90% was no where near edible, chicken still pink, burgers still raw. Most of us survived the week just eating plain pasta and chips. The watersides are a hazard in themself! Entertainment was awful, always on really late and was never able to actually sit down and watch, unless you arrive at 7pm for an act that’s not on till 10pm. Overall just a really run down, falsely advertised place.

I am currently staying here, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. The reception staff have been rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. Our room has a strong sewage smell, which we reported twice. However, the response we received was dismissive, simply suggesting we could downgrade our room and blaming the wind, despite the fact that the room next door smells perfectly fine. Additionally, the staff have shown a lack of willingness to listen to our concerns, and their attitude has been unprofessional and unkind. We also spoke with another family who had numerous complaints, some of which were serious enough to threaten them. They also have family members with accessibility issues, yet their concerns seemed to be ignored. I strongly advise against staying here. If I had the choice, I would leave immediately. This experience has been far from acceptable, and I hope others are warned before booking.

Corrupt!! Multiple different families have reported over the last few days that aftershaves, perfumes, cash and trainers etc have been stolen from their lodges after the housekeeper had been. At least 4 separate lodges all in the same row had been stolen from yesterday which were all cleaned by the same housekeeper. They know what they are doing as all lodges are checking out today and do not have time to get the local police involved etc. Reception wants nothing to do with it and will not give us any information or direction. We asked to speak to the manager and were told he will not come in until after we have checked out at 1pm today which is convenient. We have asked to view CCTV footage that they have on each row of lodges and they refused. They also stated that they will not take any responsibility for theft of items not locked in the safe - the safes do not work in most of the lodges after speaking with other guests. The doors to lodges lock automatically like most hotel rooms and so any access to the lodges can only be from either the wristband of the people staying in that specific lodge or the staff at the hotel.

After traveling for 6 hours with 2 young children we didnt excited the park to tell us we had to wait for 4 hours untill a room was available. I questioned if it was acceptable an was told it was Spanish law 🙄 .
