Restaurant staff are rude! and unresponsive. The manager does not understand english. We had a half board service included and faced a problem during breakfast time Just 1 minute after 11:00, they shutdown the coffee machines and when i asked for a cup of coffee they were acting cringe and rude! Not recommended using the restaurant facility

Hi, I am writing to you again to ask about my lost hoodie. I have still not received an update or a reply, and I am quite concerned. I initially let you know about it 4 hours after checking out. I also was charged 39.99, twice, a week after my stay. These additional charges were not explained. I did not use the fridge, nor any additional service that was not included in the room, and therefore I take this as theft. Not only is my hoodie not returned, your customer service is awful, with only automated messages and calls. (In person the staff were friendly and helpful.) The receptionist told me the 0.01€ charge on my card is just a one time payment and did not mention any follow up payments. I have been decieved. I feel cheated, robbed and extremely dissapointed, especially after having high expectations of what Hard Rock Hotel should be like. Please get in touch.
