Voramar Formentera

Another great week at the Voramar. A warm welcome , a lovely room and great breakfast sat in the beautiful gardens. Nice to sit outside with a nightcap after dinner too, people watching. This was our fifth visit to the hotel and hopefully we'll be back next year, if not before....

This hotel is much better than I though. The pictures don't do it justice. The location is great, the balcony and the room are great. The bathroom is rather small and old fashioned. The staff was outstanding. Pool is really nice and to wrap it all the location is perfect. Ah, and you even have a free and easy place to park your scooter.

As a family (party of 4) we booked this hotel for a 2-week stay in Formentera. Es Pujols is a nice place to stay, packed with nightlife, restaurants, a nice beach, commercial activity... The hotel is literally a minute away to the beach, at the heart of the village. The chosen room was a superior double room, with the living room area transformed into the kids room. The room featured nice ambience and furniture, 2 nice Philips TVs (not hacked, therefore allowing easy USB devices connection, extra points for that!), terrace, fridge, air conditioning, modern shower, wi-fi that works... My only complain /remark: since that big nice room is clearly divided into 2 areas, why no door in between? It's really hard for adults and kids to watch TVs at the same time (audios gets mixed), not to mention the total lack of privacy... Anyway, the staff is nice, the agreement wit the Pinatar Restaurant for menus is great, the pool is perfect and there is a parking available (make sure to book in advance, as there are limited spots). Overall quite satisfied.

We booked a junior suite and it was pretty spacious, modern and comfortable. The location of the hotel is good as there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. It's also handy for access to the many cycle routes on the island. Parking near to the hotel can be a problem, and I'd expect it to be ten times worse in peak summer. The breakfast was fantastic and the free drink and tapas in the evening was most welcome. The reception staff could have been a little friendlier, but overall, we had a great stay!
