7Pines Resort Ibiza

Fantastic location to unwind in a beautiful setting with absolutely amazing staff from waiter to concierge who was always available for information and take care of requests.

This place is incredible! The staff was very attentive and made certain that my every need was met. I had hurt my foot before arriving and had to walk around in a stability boot. The team made sure that I was well taken care of and helped me carry things so I kept safe and continued to heal. This place was also a great place to detox. We enjoyed the gym, spa and pool. Loved every minute of it.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Our AC broke. We let them know but they never sent anyone to fix it although we were told they would. We came back home to broken ac in 90 degree whether. We had to be relocated to another room which was not the same kind of room we booked. This one has a personal pool outside and stairs that are not safe for my toddler. Despite all of these issues, the resort took my entire deposit and told me I can’t be let go. Everyone at this resort passes the buck to the other saying they can’t help us. As one manager told me “this is a business and we don’t want to lose on that room.” They are ok with putting children in danger in order to make a buck. Incredibly dishonest and shocking. Do not come here if your life depends on it as at the end of the day, you the customer don’t matter. It is their pocket book that matters most.

Unfortunately, not at all what it represents itself to be and the biggest mistake I’ve ever made booking this place. First off; the location. My god. 40 mins away at best from anywhere you want to be with a family. They have a kids club but it’s in a pool that’s an entire building away from the adult pool. The restaurants here are abysmal at best. Poor quality food at astronomical prices. There’s really nothing here you can’t get anywhere else, except you’re completely stranded. Whenever we drove from any day time activity to change our clothes and get ready for the evening, our baby would fall asleep in the car and it would exhaust us all to the point where gathering the energy to drive again another 1.5 hours round trip was impossible. I realized all this upon checking in and BEGGED to be allowed to leave without penalty for the 9 nights I am here. The managers are nice trying to help but the owner would not let us go. He flat out said no. I even tried to compromise staying here only half the time and refund the rest he still wouldn’t. It appears that at this resort the bottom line is how much money can be made. Why you would force someone to stay at your hotel miserable and take their entire deposit is beyond me. My trip is ruined. Avoid this place like the plague. Don’t fall for the pictures. It’s not worth the stay.

What a resort. We stayed for a week with our baby and dog. Everything was made for us to have a peaceful break from the baby items to the dog setup. Friendly while professional staff - great sense of hospitality through the different departments of this resort. The panoramic views over the sea is incredible including the daily sunset!
