7Pines Resort Ibiza

Simply stunning location and service. The best hotel in Ibiza. Views of Es Vedra, stunning sunsets, food and drink. I would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful location, fantastic views and clean rooms. But, expensive for charging for food and drinks on site. Some sunbeds were charged 80 euros each for the day.

We really enjoyed our time at 7Pines Ibiza. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the location is amazing, especially the views towards the sea and Es Vedrà. The pool area was definitely one of our favourite spots, with such beautiful views. We also tried a few of the restaurants and really enjoyed the food. I can highly recommend Ikisaki Restaurant — it was one of our favourites. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everyone was very welcoming. We had a really lovely time here and would happily come back on our next trip to Ibiza.

Some good things but not a genuine 5 star experience. Let’s start with the good. Pool - lovely large pool Room space and storage - Excellent storage, plenty of clothes space and room spacious and comfortable. Views - beautiful views of sea Vedra. Location - Good for us as we had a car, though I imagine not ideal for those having to order taxis. The bad/not so good Having to spend a minimum of 80 euros to sit on a lounger near the edge of the pool with better views. This absolutely disgusted us, given the cost of the hotel. It’s a REALLY poor thing and I was shocked, I’ve never had this at a “5 star” hotel. Charged for milk, yes milk! In hotel room. Again, just a really poor thing to charge for. 15% gratuity automatically added to every bill, and we were made to feel uncomfortable when asking to remove as we had poor service one day. Breakfast - bang average and wasps absolutely everywhere. Spa - Again not 5 star and the massages were overpriced and average. Gym - lots of space and not enough equipment. Again not 5 star. Room Decor. Whilst very spacious and comfy it felt very dated and was more 4 star at best. Felt cheap curtains, wall art etc. shower room was also too small compared to the main room. The average Staff. Some were great, some were not warm. Service was good some days and non existent others. No consistency. Food - Good quality just very overpriced. 30 euros for a basic salad and 7 euro for a sparkling water…..I know it’s Ibiza but that’s borderline robbery. I wouldn’t return to the hotel personally and I’m sure others will have better experiences but I feel outside of the location it’s not a true 5 star experience and there are much better options on the island. We weren’t even asked how our stay was when we checked out! Such a basic thing missed
