Pool area and views are spectacular. At the adult infinity pool you have to pay €80 per head for best seats. Cheeky given you’ve paid a full price for bedroom. Service is top rate. Three restaurants are great but pricey. Rooms were disappointing- 55sq metres sound large but the actual bedroom is small - just enough room to walk around the bed. There is a sofa area with the biggest (unnecessary large) breakfast bar to pour a drink! This was wasted space, in addition the balcony view will almost always have you overlooking many parked cars. The room smelt badly of a fresh air spray can. It was suffocating and took a couple of days to rid the room of the spray. Finally as it’s Ibiza they insist on blasting music by the pool from 10.00am to 19.00pm. The hotel is 40 minutes from city centre so we thought it would be more peaceful - especially 16.00 to 18.00. Loads of people complained about the loud music and asked for it to be turned down. Staff say the general manager insists on loud music. Look at the pool area and it’s not a party crowd. If the manager ignores his guests he shouldn’t be surprised if they ignore his hotel (or write poor reviews!)

My husband and I recently returned from a trip to Ibiza. We were fortunate enough to get to stay at the 7Pines Resort. It was absolutely stunning. The views were spectacular, the breakfast every morning was amazing and the rooms were spacious, very clean and very quiet with excellent amenities. But, what made this trip EXTRA special was the staff. They were kind, friendly and very accommodating. I had left a very expensive hat behind in our hotel room. I contacted the front desk as soon as I realized I had forgotten it. Branco Vidal was beyond helpful. He let me know that it would be shipped back to my home in the United States. Ruth Caina followed up by sending me tracking information. My hat arrived in perfect condition only days after we got home, Both Branco and Ruth were kind and so pleasant to deal with. They were efficient at locating my hat and sending it via post with absolutely no issues. My husband and I look forward to returning to 7Pines Resort one day very soon. We hope to thank Branco and Ruth in person for their excellent customer service. Both of them went above and beyond for me and I am so very, very grateful to them.

7 Pines is undeniably a beautiful hotel with stunning views and a relaxed, premium atmosphere. The property itself is lovely, and the setting feels peaceful and secluded. However, there are some fundamental issues that impacted our stay. The biggest challenge is the location. Travelling anywhere from the hotel is extremely difficult, with taxis often taking close to 1hiir before they would arrive. For a resort of this calibre, offering a shuttle service during peak periods would make a huge difference. They do offer a bus at €140 which I find absurdly absurd. We also experienced several room-related problems. Our first room had an electrical fault, leaving us without lights for 24 hours before we were moved. More concerning was finding dry blood on the mattress sheet — something that should never happen in a 5‑star hotel. Overall, while the hotel itself is lovely, the combination of transport limitations and the room issues means we wouldn’t return based purely on location and ease of access.
