Bless Hotel Ibiza

Požehnaný hotel byl pro nás nezapomenutelným zážitkem. Vstoupili jsme jako první hosté od doby, kdy byl hotel obnoven. Miloval jsem bazény vedle pláže, ale nekonečný bazén byl jedním z nejkrásnějších bazénů, jaké jsem kdy viděl. Místo je trochu daleko od mnoha věcí. Jako letiště a nějaké pěkné restaurace.

Vrátil se včera z víkendu. Krásný hotel. Krásné pokoje. Velmi pěkný bazén a bazén. Malá stvořená pláž do 100 let s malými malými snack bary / kavárnami. Fantastická střešní terasa a bazén Nápoje nejsou levné. Asi 10/12 euro každý a malý (20 cl) láhev vody je 7 euro. Ano sedm eur za 20 cl. Nedaleko supermarketu je ale k dispozici voda a občerstvení atd. Měl jedno jídlo v restauraci. Hlavní chod a láhev vína 100 Euro mezi dvěma. Služba byla velmi pomalá. Celkově vzato, ale krásný pobyt.

Objednali jsme si, abychom zde zůstali od 2. června na pět nocí. S oznámením 48 hodin - poté, co jsme kontaktovali hotel, abychom zjistili, zda je ještě otevřený - nám řekli, že stavební práce nebyly dokončeny. Nabídli, že nás převezou na Hard Rock Ibiza, který je součástí stejné hotelové skupiny. Vyzval jsem toto tvrzení, že jsme nechtěli zůstat 5 minut jízdy od letiště v této oblasti ostrova; atmosféra BLESS IBIZA byla inzerována jako luxusní lázeňský hotel v úplně jiné oblasti ostrova, a proto není srovnatelným hotelem a zcela jiným zážitkem. Varoval bych ostatní hosty, že personál na BLESSu věří, že Hard Rock je ekvivalentní standard. . . Byli jsme s velmi malou volbou při hledání nového ubytování, protože většina ostrova byla plně obsazena. Velmi stresující několik hodin před naší dovolenou. Není to luxusní zážitek ani začátek dovolené. A ne to, co jsem očekával od člena Leading Hotels of the World.

I am writing this review after giving the hotel and the wider Palladium Group every opportunity to resolve a serious incident privately. Unfortunately the way the matter was handled from start to finish leaves me with no choice but to share my experience. I arrived at Bless Hotel Ibiza to find that another person had already been checked into the room that I had booked. This person was not listed on my reservation and I was not present at the time. The hotel allowed them access based on a digital image of my passport presented on a phone. This is a clear breach of basic identity verification and guest security. It is difficult to understand how a five star hotel can hand over a room to someone who is not named on the booking based on a photo of someone elses passport. When I arrived shortly afterwards the hotel refused to check me in because I did not have my physical passport with me, despite having just accepted a digital image for someone who was not even on the reservation. The inconsistency alone is unacceptable, but the bigger issue is the complete lack of accountability afterwards. I engaged with the hotel management and with the Palladium Group directly over several weeks. The responses I received were defensive, contradictory and at times inaccurate. No one took responsibility and no satisfactory resolution or compensation was offered. A five star hotel should provide safety, professionalism and consistent protocol. In my view Bless Hotel Ibiza failed on all three points. The incident itself was concerning, but the handling afterwards was even more disappointing. I travel extensively and stay regularly in premium hotels around the world. I have never experienced a situation where my room was handed to an unauthorised person and the hotel then refused to acknowledge the seriousness of the failure. I hope this review encourages the hotel to improve its procedures and its approach to guest security. Based on my experience I cannot recommend Bless Hotel Ibiza and I would advise travellers to proceed with caution.

Amazing stay with an EXCEPTIONAL TEAM that absolutely turned out stay at Bless Hotel into an unforgetable week. From the first minute we felt welcomed and valued and everyone was taking care of all our needs.(flowers / room / reservations / birthday-surprise) We travel quite a lot and see a lot of high class hotels - The Bless experience definitely made it to the top section of our list. This team made an absolute difference and the Hotel itself is super nice. Can highly recommend to take a relaxing holiday there as a couple and also as a family. - read more below... Comparing the prices to other high-end Ibiza Hotels, you do get a lot of value for your money. We had booked a studio suite sea view and got an amazing room (408) . The regular "suite" is a little bigger but as we are not really a fan of a tub next to the bed, we remained with our booked category. Both sides of the hotel offer a great view - the south side has great sun the entire day, the north side features amazing views of the hills and the green side of Ibiza. The rooms were super clean and quiet, so we got a good rest. - you maaaaybe want to request a topper to make the bed a bit softer. Cala Nova is a great beach with nice beach-restaurants that are just a stone throw from the hotel. A 10 minute walk gets you to the bay of Es Canar where you can find some more nice litte beach restaurants. Also, the hippie market punta arabia in Es Canar is a great experience The breakfast is very good and you have a wide variety of a la carte food and a great buffet and egg station. The Epic Restaurant up top on the roof features great snacks and drinks/wines for everything that you need during that day at the pool and the rooftop makes for spectacular views during dinner. Most OUTSTANDING was the SERVICE and the TEAM attitude, especially so late in the season. Where other hotels and restaurants show tired staff from a long season, these guys were at the top of their game. Special credits here go out to Liz - the VIP-manager who took every request to the next level and really made us feel special. Also a huge thanks to Francesca and Alejandro for taking such good care alongside Flavio and Alba during breakfast and our time at the pool. Thank you Aitor for being just the nicest person in the morning and to Andrew and Luz in the kitchen to always reacting to all individual requests and just being so kind!!!
