Grand Paradiso Ibiza

Just returned from Ibiza which included a one night stay here. Loved the hotel, so clean and exactly as I hoped it would be from the photos. Great vibe. More relaxed than the other local sister hotels. Hotel were kind enough to facilitate early check in so we could maximise our full time here. Literally only downside would be the Marshall speaker was broken in our room which was clearly evident by switch - find it hard to believe someone hadn’t reported this before or housekeeping hadn’t noticed. Would be great to get it replaced.

Quite far out from everything with a real issue in securing taxis. Worst is that the room wasn’t very clean. Floors were filthy. There is also one shower within the one toilet cubicle next to reception shared between this and the sister hotel. Both very large hotels. This is a terrible lack of amenity and I would not stay there again.

Exceptional, thoughtfully curated food, fantastic cocktails, and a wonderful atmosphere!

Group of 12 ladies. Incredible experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. They were so friendly, funny, attentive and helpful (especially Chris the waiter by the pool, he was our favourite). The staff could not have done more for us from making fruit platters to giving us fresh towels, checking if we needed anything etc. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are very comfy. Aircon is great. The pool is beautiful with comfy sun loungers and even a hot tub vintage car. Would highly recommend and will certainly be returning.
