Hyde Ibiza

This is a basic hotel near the beach. The room had AC that does not work properly. The pillow is basic, thin and uncomfortable and there is no other option available. There are no additional things in the bathroom such as toothbrush, razor etc that you might expect in a hotel. The VIP pool room looked on to the children’s pool which is covered. So no view of a pool. I’m Accor gold but there was no welcome or recognition, not even a “thank you for being a member”. No welcome drinks until I asked. No late checkout as the hotel was full which I don’t believe. Probably the worst Accor hotel I’ve stayed in. Also after check in when I arrived to my room, my keys didn’t work so I needed to go back to reception. The receptionist I spoke to said it is because I was not supposed to be staying in the room I was given keys to. Then the other receptionist said yes I was and then they had a discussion in Spanish about which room I was supposed to be in. I heard another guest saying someone else’s name was on her account. On the plus side the swimming pool has nice day beds. They cost 120 euros but you receive that in credit for food and drink. The hotel sat there is a maximum of two people per bed but it was not enforced and some beds had three people and one had five.

Fantastic stay at Hyde, Ibiza! Really warm welcome from Lorena, Marco and the team. Quick and friendly service from all the team around the pool. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We had a room overlooking the pool and beach, views were incredible, the room itself was immaculate! Perfect location for a relaxing break, not far from the airport. Ferry stops at the hotel, convenient to explore the island. 30 mins to Ibiza old town. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be back soon!

Our experience with Hyde Ibiza was exceptional from start to finish. The hospitality was immaculate, and the entire team made us feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely taken care of throughout our stay and activation. The staff is incredibly warm, professional, and full of great energy, a truly exciting crew of individuals who understand how to create an atmosphere that feels both elevated and effortless. We enjoyed every single moment of being on property. The hotel rooms were great, comfortable, well-designed, and aligned with the overall experience. The location is also one of Hyde Ibiza’s strongest qualities. It gives you access to the beauty and energy of the island while being perfectly positioned away from the intensity of the main epicenter and Old Town Ibiza, which makes it ideal for guests who want balance, comfort, and inspiration. Overall, Hyde Ibiza delivered a beautiful hospitality experience, and we are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate. We look forward to continuing the relationship and building more memorable moments together.

We had such a fun stay at Hyde Ibiza! Our Headliner suite was super comfy, with lots of space ! We absolutely loved the pools and the incredible views. Perfect place to relax during the day while also being super convenient for going out to the clubs at night. Everything felt easy, fun, and carefree. We had a blast and can’t wait to come back!

Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel itself within the cove is great but it quite out of the way in Cala Llonga therefore taxis/buses are needed to travel. The breakfast was great lots of choice, coffee and teas from the machines of any kind you’d like. The views from the restaurant are incredible. There aren’t many sunloungers around the main pool overlooking the beach and would have a DJ later on and the ones that do are premium and require a minimum spend which is easily done with a few drinks and lunch etc but sometimes they were empty which felt frustrating, the other pools were nice & you get fresh towels each day from the station. The ferry to formentera is right outside of the hotel.
