
I'll start with a couple of positives. Firstly, the general staff at the hotel are 1st class, they are friendly, hard working and very helpful, the rooms are also quite sufficient. Now the many negatives.......... Whilst the choice was quite good, the food was constantly cold, all meals had to be heated in the microwave. There was also a constant 10 minute or so wait for cups every morning at breakfast, this should be a basic identification that there were clearly not enough cups for the volume of residents. There were long queues at the bar each evening, one barman advised that there were not enough staff employed for the volume of people. I complained to reception 2 nights running & the third night there was 1 extra bar person (the barman thanked me for reporting!!!). The bar staff had to periodically break-off serving to clear the empties inside & outside. Reception tried to contact a manager but there was no-one answering & I never had any follow-up by a manager. They also run out of Aperol one evening!!! The evening entertainment was extremely poor, we only really had 1 good female singer, the rest was pretty dire. For example, I don't consider bursting balloons wrapped around ankles as particularly good adult entertainment!!!! The white seating area outside of the entertainment hall was extremely grubby & needed replacing. The icing on the cake was that we experienced some quite stormy weather which resulted in a leak from our room's roof into the closet (the day before we were due to leave). This resulted in some of our clothing getting damp, which, in fairness, the hotel laundered for us. However, one of the items of clothing was ruined by running dye whilst lying in the damp closet. The receptionist took photos & assured we would be compensated, she took my e-mail address, mobile number & landline number & stated that we would be contacted after she had spoken with a manager. No-one contacted so we e-mailed the hotel, We received a reply from a Guest Experience Manager who requested photos of the garment & receipt for proof of purchase. They already had photos & we no longer had a receipt for the garment. They offered a future discount & upgrade but we had no intention of returning. We also e-mailed Barcelo complaints but they did not even have the courtesy to reply. We then e-mailed TUI &, after a couple of weeks, they replied stating that we claim through my insurance. We realise that it's only 1 garment & we only expected a principled gesture as compensation (as promised by reception), but the overall follow-up customer care has been non existent. Coupled with the other comments, Barcelo will be the loser of our future business.

V hotelu vse naprosto super! Jen ta skareda plaz blizko hotelu.Bez auta si more neuzijete .-) Jinak jidlo vynikajici,personal mily,pokoje vždy perfektne uklizene,pohodlne postele.Muzu jen doporucit :-)
Hotel je perfektní, včetně personálu, stravy, vybavenosti pokojů i čistoty, na kterou se tu hodně dbá. Doporučujeme mladým párům i rodinám s dětmi. V hotelu jsme byli jediní Češi, takže i to bylo velmi příjemné. Animační program končil vždy přesně ve 23:00, takže žádné vyrušování v nočních hodinách neprobíhalo.
