Firstly the good points: food was excellent throughout, though could have been warmer, but there was an excellent selection available at every meal - Asian night was a surprising triumph! The food was very high quality and the dishes were imaginative and varied, which makes a welcome change from other places I’ve stayed. All-inclusive drinks were good, especially the self-serve sangria. Rooms were decently spacious with plenty of room for luggage. Air con in the rooms was effective but old and quite noisy. The hotel is close to regular bus services and the small beach at Port des Torrent, which we didn’t really visit because there was plenty of space around the pool and enough sunbeds for everyone. One of the absolute highlights for us was the animations team - they put on a great variety of activities each day and had so much energy and friendliness. We especially enjoyed the activities with the chance to win a bottle of cava …! A special shoutout to Fiona and our absolute favourite Ryan. All staff were helpful and welcoming but these two really went above and beyond. Thanks for making our stay so fun. The cons: the cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t brilliant - our room was full of cobwebs and accumulated dust on the walls, and on the first night a huge centipede ran across the floor and we had to catch it under a cup. There wasn’t a separate ‘bathroom’ but glass doors separating the shower and toilet from the bedroom, which turned out to be a problem when our poorly-draining, badly-fitted shower tray flooded the floor of our bedroom and we had to use all of the supplied towels to mop it up (this happened every day until we gave up using the overhead shower and used the handheld shower head instead). However the room was serviced every day and we got fresh towels as needed. On the last day (thankfully) the flush on the toilet got stuck and just kept refilling. The walls between rooms are so thin that we could hear people having a normal-volume conversation next door, so the crying baby next door and the partying girls from the floor above may as well have been in the room with us. There was also a poorly-situated sprinkler outside our room which ended up spraying our beach towels and swimwear that were hanging on the airer outside at night so they were always slightly damp in the morning. The rooms could do with some better maintenance and upgrades but overall our stay was good, especially thanks to Ryan and Fiona!
Můžeme doporučit tento krásný a zmodernizovaný hotel 👍 Doporučujeme výlet kolem ostrova a na krásnou Formenteru. Skvélý průvodce Gunther. Usměvavý personální, výborné jídlo, pití, španělská pohostinnost, čistota 👍👍 Jeli bychom znovu. Pavel s rodinou 🇨🇿
V hotelu vse naprosto super! Jen ta skareda plaz blizko hotelu.Bez auta si more neuzijete .-) Jinak jidlo vynikajici, personal mily, pokoje vždy perfektne uklizene, pohodlne postele.Muzu jen doporucit :-)
Hotel je perfektní, včetně personálu, stravy, vybavenosti pokojů i čistoty, na kterou se tu hodně dbá. Doporučujeme mladým párům i rodinám s dětmi. V hotelu jsme byli jediní Češi, takže i to bylo velmi příjemné. Animační program končil vždy přesně ve 23:00, takže žádné vyrušování v nočních hodinách neprobíhalo.
The food is terrible and unacceptable, with some items raw and undercooked. The food is bad overall and causes stomach aches. There are cockroaches and other animals in the dining room and in the room. The service is extremely poor, and there are never any supervisors or responsible staff available. This hotel is not suitable for families; it is for people who consume drugs and alcohol, with fights and constant problems. It is impossible to sleep at night or even in the morning. A disgraceful 4‑star hotel — it feels like traveling to the third world. 0 star hotel.
