TRS Ibiza Hotel

Všechno bylo skvělý. Jídlo perfektní, personál, který pomůže s čímkoliv, nic není problém. Nádherný hotel, čistý, se super programem. Klidné místo, ale přesto blízko do města. Rádi se s manželem vrátíme. Více takovýchto hotelů.

We recently stayed at TRS Ibiza on an all-inclusive basis. Unfortunately, while there were some highlights, overall we were very disappointed with the level of service and attention to detail, particularly given the standard and price of the hotel. We experienced a number of issues during our stay. When we arrived, we found both a toenail and hairs in the freshly made bed, which was obviously unpleasant and not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The Wi-Fi in our room on the fifth floor was also extremely poor. The mini fridge in our room was also not restocked for three days, despite us being on an all-inclusive package. One of the biggest issues for us was the handling of my food allergies. There was a lot of confusion and a lack of communication between the different restaurants and staff. I had to repeatedly explain my allergies, and it often seemed as though nobody was aware of what had previously been discussed. Even after an amazing member of staff, Paula Costa, held a staff meeting with the chefs and serving staff. We also paid £100 for a large sun lounger by the pool for 2 days, which included complimentary cava or fruit. On neither day did we receive these, and we found out about this perk after we had used the beds. We went to Gaucho twice - the first time, on our first night (Sunday 6th September), was a 10/10 experience. Our lovely server (gutted I can’t remember his name) was outstanding. He also had a shellfish allergy, so completely understood my worries. Our second experience at Gaucho (Wednesday 9th September) was particularly poor. We waited around 20 minutes without being asked for drinks, and then four different members of staff separately asked whether I had a gluten allergy (which I do not). Despite explaining this several times, nobody came back to us or appeared to have any understanding of my requirements. After around 35 minutes, we decided to leave without eating. That said, there were some people who really stood out and deserve recognition. Joel, one of the waiters around the pool, was lovely and provided genuinely friendly and attentive service during our entire holiday. Most importantly, Paula Costa, the butler manager, was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond throughout our stay to try and make sure I was safe and properly looked after when it came to my food allergies. She showed genuine care and took the time to understand my requirements. Her level of attention and service was exactly what we had hoped for from a hotel of this standard. TRS Ibiza has a beautiful setting, great location, and clearly has some wonderful staff, but in our experience, the overall service, communication and attention to detail fell well below what we expected.

This was our 2nd time at TRS and we do love the hotel. Food and service is amazing in all restaurants. We love the food truck and a special shout out to Sheila and Ines who are a credit to the hotel. We feel that there are quite a few things that could easily be fixed and improved upon which would make the hotel 5 star, unfortunately we did not feel the service was 5 star this year.

A weeks stay at the TRS isn’t enough! - the restaurants all serve a variety of delicious food with the small plates in the main restaurant being a highlight. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very good with all the services you need and are clean and tidy (maybe more top ups of the mini bar would be good!). The bars are excellent with the rooftop being exceptional - where everyone gathers to watch Ibiza's sunset. The hotel is highly recommended.

TRS IBIZA is a great hotel but not near anything like shops, bars & restaurants. 15 euros a night for parking is not good
