TRS Ibiza Hotel

Všechno bylo skvělý. Jídlo perfektní, personál, který pomůže s čímkoliv, nic není problém. Nádherný hotel, čistý, se super programem. Klidné místo, ale přesto blízko do města. Rádi se s manželem vrátíme. Více takovýchto hotelů.

Signature level not worth the extra money. Every day we had to ask to have the fridge replenished with water etc. There are meant to be certain bed areas for signature guests but we seen a few people with silver bands (all inclusive) on the beds and they were not questioned. We never had a turn down service which was advertised. The bar/pool service is non existent. A drunken guest had vomited all over the stairway on the stairs and walls leading to the signature roof terrace/Jacuzzi suites where we were staying and this took all day for it to be cleaned up, but even then, there were deposits left behind. The food was always lukewarm/cold and we never once seen them temperature probe it. We witnessed many guests just pick the food up with their hands and then lick their fingers. We didn't see many cleaners around the hotel like you do in other hotels, hence probably why it was dirty in places. We found the staff to be quite ignorant as if they didn't want to be there. We were offered drugs from guests on our first night, it seemed to be the thing whilst we were there. The music/dj between 4.30pm-6pm was really good along with the drink choices. The clientele is of mixed ages. We are well travelled and this hotel is definitely not a 5 star. I did read the reviews before we went and i have to say i was quite apprehensive about the negative reviews, but then reading reviews that people go back year after year i thought it couldn't be that bad. (I now assume they haven't been elsewhere). I'm not usually a Karen and we are usually easy going but after the money we spent on this particular hotel, it totally wasn't worth it.

A great week lovely hotel and great food just a few simple problems ie vegetarian choice and table been given away half way through the meal could of made the week faultless

The hotel is very nice. Quality rooms, two nice pools that all guests can use during the day and a roof terrace (cold) pool available from 4pm. The food in the buffet is very good, with lots of choice. The bar is good but service was slow, big queue every evening. The cocktails are served from pre-mixed bottles instead of being made fresh too. Breakfast goes on until 11am which was great and dinner is served until late too. Do be aware there is constant terrible background music around the pool which is very hard to escape, no areas are free of it. So maybe bring ear-plugs if you want to relax in peace. Otherwise a wonderful experience

Stayed here for a couple of days before heading up to pikes for the weekend. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Room was superb, huge with a sea view. Upgraded to the AI when we arrived which was definitely worth it and we made our money back in drinks in the first day. Buffet was great. Staff all friendly. Tip the bar staff and you’ll get looked after. Great gym and spa. Would definitely return. Just a shame they’re closing this weekend otherwise we’d be back for a few days for the post pikes recovery
