Even though this hotel has been refurbished it still has the same problems that were highlighted before mainly the lifts, these were constantly not working and when away with a small child and pushchair it becomes a bit of a nightmare, the lifts are incredibly small and most of the time only one working. There were very sharp broken tiles on the stairwell which were a hazard when bringing a toddler down when the lifts were out of use. There were a couple of very rude members of staff but on the whole they were really nice. The breakfast was nice and of a good standard. The breakfast room setting is very cramped with the staff struggling to remove plates etc with customers moving around way too many tables. Every two minutes there is a plane take off so it’s very noisy, and the outside area is noisy too, the new pool is lovely the one that hasn’t been refurbed is dated but a bonus I guess. Cleaning staff were very good. There were glitches on the till to prices in the menus till charging more than stated, all teething problems again which I’m sure will iron out over the coming months. Lots of little niggly things like €10 to hire towels, €3 to change them rent a fridge for the room at extra charge parking €10 a night. A big shout out to Begonia who was absolutely lovely the whole time, always greeting us with a smile and a chat, a great asset to the work force. Also Marta at the lounge bar was super friendly made us lovely Irish coffees another lovely member of staff. We wouldn’t return to this hotel but hope they can iron out all the problems as I’m sure it could be very much improved if they could.

We have just spent 5 nights here & I will say the hotel refurb is gorgeous; the hotel is bright, clean fresh, modern and the rooms are lovely too. The front pool area (relax area) has been refurbed & is a lovely atmosphere whilst the pool at the back has not which gives it a dated feel. The hotel is on a main road so traffic noise can be expected around the pool & if you don’t have a pool view bedroom. We stayed on a half board basis & only ate in the hotel 2 nights - the food was not great. Not much variety, same things each night, definitely not for a fussy eater or children. Soft drinks are also not included with your meals Pool towels are €10 redeemable deposit and you need to pay €3 each time you want to change them - would recommend bringing your own. Whilst there is luggage storage, there’s no shower facilities for when you’re checking out if you’re not leaving the hotel until later in the afternoon (unless you use the pool side outdoor shower). WiFi is unreliable, have been using our data the whole trip. The beaches close by are beautiful and lined with shops / restaurants / cafes etc & there is a bus stop right opposite which is very handy for going into Palma / the airport / surrounding areas. Overall our stay was fine however I did have higher hopes

Ok it's all been refreshed money spent however a few issues in our room etc,shower temperature very problematic, nearly got burnt! A new TV but very limited English progs avail ! No poolside waste facilities, bathroom door did not shut or lock.In the restaurant food was poorly described,on the positive the hotel was found to be clean in all areas,in a good location,the staff appeared new but were very friendly,rooms were refreshed daily to a good level,poolside it was quiet with good facilities.
