Hotel itself is lovely, newly refurbished so fresh modern spotlessly clean and smelt lovely as you walked in. The new relax pool was nice with ample sunbeds never a problem finding one, main pool was ok had a lifeguard and music and relaxed pool entertainment, a lovely gesture was the offer of fruit kebabs and pots of ice cream which were bought around curtosy of the hotel.Bar prices were reasonable for a hotel, relax pool had a window to the bar, main one you had to go inside for.Rooms were modern and had a kettle so I bought coffee sachets from supermarket across road ,maybe lacked abit on storage space but aircon worked perfectly well and was definitely needed as was very hot when we stayed.beds were large and very comfy! I really enjoyed the breakfast, had a very big choice plus chefs to cook omelettes etc to order, did get quite busy in there so maybe chose your time to visit, emptied out the later it got.Theres a bus stop literally outside the main entrance across the road which we took into Palma, on return we got one back to Arenal and walked the whole way back along the promenade., although there is a little tourist train you can get if you want to save on the blisters.Arenal was more lively than can pastilla, so would probably suit younger guests better , we found it to be mainly restaurants and no bars with singers or acts and closed around midnight, on the Monday we arrived we struggled to find anywhere showing football for my partner , however next day we found a bar called the Manchester hub which was situated down a quite road with KFC on the corner, this place got busy and showed all sports and had music if that’s what your after. There’s 2 beaches to chose from, you can either come out hotel and turn left cross the road and keeping going down 2 roads and your come to a quite calm bay shape beach, or if you go left and follow road you have the main beach which is very big with ample sunbeds and water sports, we were charged 30euro for 2 sunbeds and umbrella which I thought was abit steep. All in all we had a nice time, what sold it to me was the short distance from airport to hotel , but probably not the nicest place I’ve been to in Majorca, but hotel was lovely .

Excellent location , very near all the restaurants and beach. Breakfast was really good , good size rooms and very clean. Nothing to be negative about. The bar and food were very reasonably priced and good quality. Some negative reviews , which I can't understand.

This is a lovely little hotel, beautiful modern rooms and the Aircon works very well so ignore the bad reviews about the Aircon. The relax pool was lovely to chill in and cool down and the location is perfect, only a five minute taxi from the airport and about 5 to 8 minute walk to the beach and promenade with lots of shops and restaurants. The only negative I would say is that the food isn’t that good, I would come back to this hotel but just do breakfast next time as the evening meal I struggled with. I would say the food is very much catered to the German clientele.

Superb place, ignore any bad reviews, we are here now, food is the usual hotel food, staff are superb and very friendly, the hotel is in the perfect position for all amenities, Fan shopping centre 5 mins away worth a visit! I can fault nothing here we have had a great holiday and would definitely come back, the only advice I would give, if your a little scared of lifts I would ask to be put on the 1st or 2nd floor, we was on the 5th and I was not keen on the rickety lift, apart from that you will love it here, RG 08/09/2026

Just returned from a 5 night stay on half board basis. After reading the reviews I was apprehensive before arriving, especially on reading the lack of air conditioning. Its a lovely hotel, with a great refurb, all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was the best and the evening meals were good, the bar and drinks at dinner need to be paid with credit card, but you can put cash down at reception at the start of your stay, for drinks and then just give your room number to the bar staff, which is what we did, the remainder of any balance you have at the end of your stay, is given back to you. We had a 4am pick up and reception arranged for us to have a breakfast before we left, which was appreciated. We had a pool view room, which had a kettle and fridge in, 2 small bottles of water are left in the room for you. The hairdryer was missing when we arrived, but within 30 mins of reporting to reception, one arrived. Masses of sunbeds,no need to reserve them. The hotel is immaculately clean. We will definitely return. The air conditioning in the room is good, you are given 2 room cards, we left one in for r the air conditioning all day and night.
