právě se vrátil z dovolené. Zaměstnanci hotelu jsou všichni tak přátelští a ochotní, jídla byly opravdu velmi chutné a velmi rozmanité. Připomínka kuchařů, kuchař. Bez komárů v našem pokoji v noci by pobyt byl dokonalý. Velmi pěkná lokalita, hezké město s velmi moderní architekturou, dlouhé písečné pláže a smaragdové moře a asi 26 C na začátku května. Ještě jednou komplimenty hotelového personálu, děkuji. . .

We recently stayed here as a family of 4 in August. The hotel is located in a good area. It’s nice and quiet but only a short walk to the beach and main shops/restaurants of Cala millor. There’s also an Aldi close by which is handy. The hotel is situated across 4 blocks, with 2 pools. We were in block 3, which was away from the evening entertainment and therefore quiet at night. Saying that, the evening entertainment was finished by 11. The rooms are a good size with a tv, fridge and kettle, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The AC was also fabulous (advice - make sure that windows and doors are shut and have clicked for the air con to work) we didn’t realise a window was partially open on the first night 😅 The hotel staff were fantastic and helpful, and the bar staff were great and friendly! The kids entertainment was fantastic for our little ones (2 & 6) and the later evening entertainment was good. The food at the hotel was delicious - with a variety of dishes to choose from. Overall we had a fantastic stay at hotel Tropicana and I can’t really find anything to fault it with. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely come back to this hotel.

The Aparthotel Tropicana does not deserve its 4-star rating – in my opinion, even 3 stars would be too generous. The only real positives are that the hotel is clean and has a fantastic bar. The bartenders are very friendly and make truly excellent drinks. Unfortunately, there were several serious issues during our stay. For three days, one of our rooms had a broken air conditioning unit. Despite repeated requests for it to be fixed, it took far too long to resolve. There were also occasional problems with the cold water supply, but on the last evening of our stay, there was no cold water at all from 9:00 PM until 7:20 AM the next day – only scalding hot water came from the taps. As for the food, it really comes down to personal taste. It wasn’t anything special, but it was fine for me. Overall, this hotel fell short of expectations and definitely doesn’t live up to a 4-star standard.

The hotel staff were always polite and friendly, it was quiet ,peaceful and the food was good (except for in the evening but that’s just a matter of what u like to eat and what not). But the room was the only thing we disliked about the hotel. The room was big so that wasn’t the problem, it was the maintenance and cleaning of the room. It was said they would clean everyday (except on sunday), but it seemed like they didn’t clean at all. when they made our bed, they would put dirty sheets on the bed. The room itself needs a bit of renovation and the cleaning staff should also clean the floor because in our room, the only thing that was ‘cleaned’ were our beds with dirty blankets and new towels (the towels were clean). But nevertheless, me and my girlfriend had a very good time here.
