Velmi pěkný a čistý hotel v klidné části města Cala Ratjada. Hotel je uprostřed vesnice, takže je snadné chodit po všech 3 plážích kolem Cala Ratjada (trvá asi 15 minut). Chtěl bych zdůraznit 2 věci v tomto hotelu. Velmi dobré jídlo a přátelský personál. Během snídaní a večeří máte vždy velký výběr variabilních jídel. Jídlo je chutné a čerstvé. Všichni zaměstnanci jsou velmi přátelští a připraveni vám pomoci, protože jsou vždy v dobré náladě. Jediná věc, kterou se nám nelíbila, bylo pohled z balkonu, ale alespoň v noci bylo ticho.

Právě jsem se vrátil z týdenní dovolené v tomto krásném hotelu. V 6. patře jsme měli pokoj s výhledem na moře. Hotel je tak čistý, služebné jsou každodenní. Byli jsme nocleh se snídaní a je tu spousta možností, jak si myslíte, že potřebujete snídani. Hotel je ideálním místem pro odpočinek na promenádě. Cant počkat, až se vrátí příští rok na 10 dní.

Having frequented Majorca for a number of years, I had high hopes for this hotel. Firstly, on arrival in the airport I found that my shuttle transfer to the hotel hadn't been confirmed, even though on my holiday itinerary through love holidays, it had been, so I had to show the Transunion worker and she had to book me on the next coach and printed me out a ticket. Having waited on said coach for almost an hour, we then started the 3 hour journey across the island to resort. So after 4 hours of being in the country, I finally arrived in resort. The manager even commented on the fact when I arrived at the hotel reception, that i looked pale. The room was fine even though there were an assortment of insects that plagued my room during the first few days, which I duly had to kill, even though I was on the 3rd floor - mosquitos, ants and small flying insects. I was shocked about the amount of German people who were staying in the hotel. Even the Spanish staff greeted me in German, but when I acknowledged them in Spanish, they reverted to their native tongue. The area also had many signs in German. There was also 2 incidents by the pool when occupying sunbeds. The first came when I was accused by a German woman of removing towels off 2 sunbeds next to her and her husband, in order for me to occupy one of them. Having translated what she wanted to say into English or me, I asserted myself in telling her that had not moved the belongings from the bed. The second incident occurred the day after, when I was occupying a bed and my belongings were moved to a broken bed next to my bed and then the man had the nerve to greet me when I came back to my bed after I had been up in my room having lunch. I looked at him dumbfounded. Clearly this is why I had been accused the day before. I will review this hotel again when I have completed my stay, but so far this reflects my time at this hotel and my opinion of it.

Hotel is near city center and 50m from free parking space. Rooms are big and they clean it every day. Also swimming pool is big and nice. At the breakfast they had everything you could think of. They prepared omlete, eggs, pancakes on spot plus you have a lot of other choices. Also they have a machine that make fresh orange juice on spot. They also have buffet dinner if you need it. All personel is very proffesional. There is a lot of restauranta and markets in walking distance.

We stayed in a premium room for 3 nights. It was good value and had a fridge which was very welcome. It was clean and quiet with a nice balcony. Bed was fairly comfortable though not the best. Daily maid service was very good. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent with gourmet options. Parking wasn't too bad, round the block. Only slight disappointment were the patchy internet and lack of UK TV channels.
