Pavlo is one of the best entertainer☺️

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, mainly because of the condition of the rooms. The photos used on Booking.com are very misleading and, in our experience, have little to do with the actual condition of the hotel. They mostly show the renovated rooms, while the unrenovated rooms are not represented at all. Only a small number of rooms seem to have been renovated, while most of the hotel appears to have been left unchanged for many years. What makes this even more disappointing is that most travel agencies use the same photos when advertising the hotel. You arrive expecting what you saw in the pictures, only to discover that the reality can be completely different. Be prepared for some unpleasant surprises. The furniture in our room was very old, worn and visibly damaged, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. We had to buy some things in order to prepare a meal for our son with special needs. The air conditioning was another major issue. It had an unpleasant smell, barely worked, and was extremely noisy — it sounded more like a tractor than an air conditioner. The shower was also in poor condition, and the space between the toilet and the shower was extremely narrow and uncomfortable. On the positive side, the food was actually quite good and there was a decent variety of dishes. This was probably the best part of our stay. Overall, the hotel is in serious need of renovation. If you are considering staying here, I strongly recommend looking beyond the promotional photos and keeping in mind that the room you actually receive may look very different from what is shown online. Unfortunately, the condition of the accommodation was a major disappointment, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Pablo the greatest animator, full of energy and approach to all kind of guests - kids, adults. It was a great stay full pf fun!

Pablo is absolutely the best entertainment man in the world! Thanks to him we spend a great time in Club Simo!

My 5 star review goes to Pablo the entertainer. The hotel itself is lucky to be a 3 star we had many problems with the hotel, the lifeguard and other issues which I will talk about on another post, Pablo was fantastic and the best entertainer we have seen. The hotel doesn’t deserve him Pablo is 10/10
