Me & my friend had a 7 night stay from 7th September. Had a lovely time. Stayed in room 1103 which was in the reception building, close to the restaurant, bar, pool area. Friendly staff - esp on checkout- our pick up for the airport was 3.05am, the receptionist who was on a night shift had a nice chat to us & offered us a tea or coffee. We were the only 1s checking out. There was a decent variety of food. I can be a bit picky but I found things to eat & was left satisfied. We had half board which was breakfast & we could alternate between lunch or dinner which we swapped a few times which was handy depending what we were doing. A decent selection of drinks also. Could be a bit busy at times. We didnt visit the bar but sat on the balcony overlooking it & the pool & there was a good live band on 1 night. Room was a good size, good size bathroom- towels provided, living & kitchen area comfortably fit 2 people in. Beds were comfy. Large wardrobe. 2 x Air con available & also a thin duvet if needed. Glad of the fridge with a small top freezer in. Cups, glasses etc provided. Good kitchen storage. A nice pool area no problem getting a lounger A few minutes walk from an Aldi. Just below that a bus stop that you can take a trip to Palma in and also stops at other local resorts though they were also easy to walk to. Good variation of shops, cafes and restaurants a good 5mins away. Beach a good 10-15 mins walk depending on pace. A good variation of places to eat, drink & shops on the front also. Could hire 2x loungers with lockers for about €1415 euros. Cleaners did a good job in rooms, updating towels etc A few downsides - - kettle in the room would've been appreciated - good large walk in shower but couldn't figure out how to turn on main head but it wasnt a problem so didnt ask. Slight crack in the base of the shower which made it a bit squishy to walk on. Could do with anti slip/grip on shower base and/or a handle on the inside of the shower also - patio door didnt open when we 1st arrived, toilet seat was a bit loose & wooden blind in the bedroom didnt open on arrival either. All were quickly rectified though by the next day (we arrived late afternoon on a Sunday & maintenance had already gone) - would be nice to have water dispensers dotted about to fill bottles up. There are a couple in the restaurant but you cant fit a bottle underneath to fill them - a couple of the plug point panels were a bit loose though forgot to mention this. Hopefully it would be as quickly rectified as the other issues. - 2 good size pools (as well as baby pool) which i had a good swim in. Though both quite deep i couldnt stand up in any part of them (I'm 5ft 5) so it would be nice for them to both have a shallow and a deep end. Otherwise we generally had a nice time & would be happy to stay again
Absolute disgrace — do not stay here. This hotel is a health hazard and a complete scam. We arrived with two small children (6 months and 2 years old) and were shown rooms that were filthy, mouldy, and completely unhygienic. The ceilings were covered in mould, the smell was disgusting, and nothing appeared properly cleaned. It felt unsafe to even let our children breathe the air inside those rooms. When we raised our concerns, the staff did nothing to help and told us we would have to wait two days to speak to a manager — meaning they expected us to stay in those conditions with two babies. We later learned from staff that rooms are not cleaned on certain days of the week, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one advertising itself as family-friendly. Even worse, the manager openly admitted that the owners refuse to spend money on renovations, despite knowing about the mould and poor conditions. The photos on Booking.com are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of this run-down, dirty property. We left as soon as we could find another hotel because staying here was unbearable and felt genuinely unsafe. We submitted a refund request through Booking.com due to the hazardous state of the rooms, but unbelievably it still has not been approved. We have also filed a formal complaint with the tourism authority because this place should not be operating in its current condition. This is absolutely NOT a 3-star hotel — it is neglected, dirty, unsafe, and utterly unsuitable for families. Avoid it at all costs.
I have just booked all inclusive Is beer unlimited on all inclusive And can I go to the bar through the day and get a beer …..
The hotel has nice green area and the staff is very nice. The food is good. The mattresses in double bed were 2 single which made sleeping as a family/ couple impossible. Location is very good, good entertainment and rooms are quiet, ac is working, th place is clean. They playground though needs urgent renovation, it’s mainly for older children and rusty, a bit unsafe, very little shade for the little ones. The pools are too deep, we couldn’t use them as we are not confident swimmers.
Can’t complain about the hotel at all. You pay for what you get and is only 5 min walk to aldi/the strip and the beach. Majority of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn’t have much issue with the food at breakfast, lunch and dinner times, and really good variety for our 1 year old. A lot of German visitors at the hotel however most speak English anyway. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to anyone going on a budget holiday
