Club Simo Aparthotel

We came on our first family holiday with our daughter, Dolly. We had the best time & created memories to last a life time and this was mainly thanks to the staff - especially shout out to Irene, she made such effort with Dolly to the point where she would get excited as we walked to the dining hall because she knew she was going to see Irene & the other staff! There was a blonde lady in the dining hall too short blonde hair I am unsure of her name but she was also amazing with Dolly! Thank you to you both especially ❤️ They were ALL so friendly it really made our holiday ❤️ The hotel grounds were kept really clean and maintained well, the rooms were basic but had everything you needed and were spacious. We had a “street view” room and we had a fantastic view of the mountains! I wouldn’t recommend paying the extra for the pool view, not needed! The only thing I would suggest an improvement on is the kids entertainment, there was a tall blonde girl and she just seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all and so uninterested with the kids it was sad! But on our last day we saw a small blonde girl there and she was amazing! So I’m hoping that meant the other was out and she was in! Overall fab hotel, 3 star you get what you pay for, amazing staff, decent food, clean and tidy grounds and great location - approx 10 min walk to town. Thanks again all! 🌞

The hotel is located in a quiet area, near the Aldi supermarket, friendly staff and great food

The staff is very friendly. The reception is always ready to help and answer any questions that needed to be resolved. The bar staff are also very welcoming and always happy to chat, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. A special big thank you to the chefs and dining staff — the food was very tasty, always varied, and there was something new every day. Everything was wonderful. The only downside was that there was no internet.

Lovely hotel and apartments, spacious and had everything I needed. Cleaning staff were lovely and reception were very friendly as well. Great for people with young kids, if you want peace and quiet though dont go during the holidays as it is packed.

Absolute disgrace — do not stay here. This hotel is a health hazard and a complete scam. We arrived with two small children (6 months and 2 years old) and were shown rooms that were filthy, mouldy, and completely unhygienic. The ceilings were covered in mould, the smell was disgusting, and nothing appeared properly cleaned. It felt unsafe to even let our children breathe the air inside those rooms. When we raised our concerns, the staff did nothing to help and told us we would have to wait two days to speak to a manager — meaning they expected us to stay in those conditions with two babies. We later learned from staff that rooms are not cleaned on certain days of the week, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one advertising itself as family-friendly. Even worse, the manager openly admitted that the owners refuse to spend money on renovations, despite knowing about the mould and poor conditions. The photos on Booking.com are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of this run-down, dirty property. We left as soon as we could find another hotel because staying here was unbearable and felt genuinely unsafe. We submitted a refund request through Booking.com due to the hazardous state of the rooms, but unbelievably it still has not been approved. We have also filed a formal complaint with the tourism authority because this place should not be operating in its current condition. This is absolutely NOT a 3-star hotel — it is neglected, dirty, unsafe, and utterly unsuitable for families. Avoid it at all costs.
