This hotel was lovely, clean, welcoming and breakfast was fantastic. Maybe not a family hotel but perfect for a getaway or a couples holiday. Would definitely revisit.

I would first of all like to say a special thank you to Hawa, who went beyond the call of duty and was exceptionally good at her job. Hotel is in the most wonderful location and close to the most magical beaches, we loved the steep climbs, but not appropriate for anyone who has problems with fitness or mobility. The breakfast is a delicious selection with wonderful staff. The cleaners are diligent and also had a friendly smile and rooms well looked after by them. The hotel bar closes early but to us this was a blessing as it was so peaceful when you came back in the evening from an adventure. Pool delightful but not for those who want to reserve a sun bed or be rowdy. There was a group of women who I think didn’t understand that this is not a boom boom hotel, and who liked to intimidate guests especially with hand gestures luckily they were dealt with by staff. The bar staff were also exceptional and funny. Back to Hawa, a guest smashed a glass and it fell onto me just sitting on my balcony. When I and other residents looked around no one was to be seen. I took the broken glass down to reception and Hawa saw my hand was hurt and was full of compassion. When the guest who caused the incident was finally located and reluctantly came down from their room, all I can say is they behaved like a rabis possessed wild demon, no apology in sight. Hawa and I both shocked but she dealt with it so professionally and then cleaned my balcony got me some water and fresh towels as mine had glass them. Hopefully that guest now banned from hotel. So all in all a delightful trip, delightful staff, 95 percent of guests absolutely delightful. Holiday not spoilt by the pack of hyenas or a froth at mouth brut due to the most wonderful diligent staff.

Love this hotel and the room fantastic sea view great location nice beach just behind the hotel and Freddie’s bar just fab ! But the staff at this hotel by the time you enter reception breakfast staff room cleaners all happy very pleasant! Great team and definitely would go Back ! Great breakfast choice fresh poached eggs ( we asked for ) not a problem for the cook ! Pool towels provided and drinks very reasonable priced ! Just returned from a great week in this lovely hotel. Had a room on the 4th floor with a view to the sea from the balcony. Room fairly small but nice and modern and very clean. Bathroom is definitely small and only small shelf under the sink to put toiletries on but not an issue. Room could do with more storage space but again not a big issue. The water in the fridge is free on your 1st night and you can refill bottles at breakfast time from the machine in the restaurant. Balcony has a slope to it, mainly because the hotel is on a hill. Sun was on our balcony from around 2pm for the rest of the day. As it was very hot while we were there we tended to sit on the balcony before the sun hit it, which suited us. As someone mentioned previously, there are very few umbrellas around the pool and think they do need to provide a lot more of them as they don't have any shaded areas with sunbeds. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Ate at the bar/restaurant a few times, fairly small menu but everything we had was good. All the staff that we came in contact with were lovely. Reception, breakfast staff, bar staff, cleaners etc were so friendly and helpful. Special mention of Maryna (hope I spelt it correctly! ) who never stopped smiling when serving food and drinks, despite being run off her feet and still took time to speak to the guests, an absolute star! We had our usual issue with pillows (1 too low, 2 too high 😂) and wanted the quilt taken away as didn't need it. Reception and housekeeping staff went out of their way to try and get things right for us, so well done them! Not many people around later in the evening and the bar closes at 10pm so not the hotel for you if you like to party until the wee small hours! 😂 Hotel is on a hill but less than 5 minute walk to the bus stop for Palma or cross over the road for the stop to Palma Nova. Palma bus is every 45/50 minutes and takes about 25 minutes and run until around 11pm. So easy and much cheaper to use a card on the bus. Tap your currency card on the machine beside the driver once for each person (you can use the same card for up to 5 people) and then tap it only once on the way off the bus. Within the next couple of days the money will come off your card. Portals Nous is hilly but there are quite a few restaurants on the road that the bus stops are. The rest are down at the marina which is 25 minutes walk from the hotel approximately. We did the walk down a few times but got a taxi back (approximately 6 euros including a tip).

We had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel and felt completely let down by the way management handled our complaint. Upon arrival, the room was dirty, the pillows smelled of damp, and we later discovered filthy bedsheets and a dangerously loose plug socket. We were moved to another room, but the situation only got worse. My mum woke up covered in severe, itchy bites in clusters and straight lines—classic signs of bed bugs. We also found a cockroach crawling on the floor. We reported this immediately and checked out a night early, having to pay for another hotel ourselves. Despite providing photo evidence, the hotel refused to take proper responsibility, relying solely on a delayed pest control inspection done after we had left (which could mean anything). Their response was dismissive and offered only a partial refund and a discount for a future stay — which we obviously declined. The conditions were unacceptable, and the handling of our complaint was even worse. If you value hygiene, safety, and being treated with basic respect, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel
