Most and foremost food ,...wished we had b&b instead of half board ....breakfast buffet style quite good...no fresh salmon, old fruit, awful lumpy natural yoghurt . Main dinner in the evening...boring , repetitive few choices on a set menu, food basic but cleverly presented ! As for serving a chicken leg on top of the same stir fried soggy vegetables was a bit laughable for the price you pay...not a chicken breast in sight, chewy steak , small portions ...we decided to eat out three times as couldn't eat the same dishes , in a one week stay probably ok ..but two weeks , couldn't wait to get home and eat decent food . Entertainment...shocking only twice a week , same people ..bored. Amazingly if you ate at lunch time a differrent menu, and it was charged to your room the food was actually very good ? Interesting hmmm . Positives ...location, amazing , quiet, restful ...cleanliness great, staff lovely, worked hard , at times felt should be more staff , I'm sure one lady worked the whole two weeks every day all day ..bit sad for her . If the food was buffet style at night and also a better breakfast we would come again ...although we've stayed at much better all inclusive H10s where everything was amazing ..top food, top alcohol ...for the cheaper price ...all in all this was the most expensive holiday we've had and by the time we'd paid our snacks and drinks bill ...5K poorer ...not value for money ...a shame as location amazing ....so basically your paying about 2k for being stepping distance to a beach .

Great location and lovely hotel - although be aware our coach transfer was 2 hours which might not suit everyone. The hotel is well placed near the beach and local amenities but it was still a very chilled spot. The rooms are clean, spacious and have a great shower room (we booked a superior room so not sure what other rooms were like). The air con was fine although not set very low and it was hot whilst we were there 🥵 but definitely kept the room cooler than outside. We had half board which we thought was value for money. Good breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed the à la carte menu for dinner. You can swap dinner for lunch if you let the hotel know and we did this a couple of times and went into Port d’Andratx for a meal - short and reasonably priced taxi journey - worth a visit. The pool was lovely and there was no trouble getting poolside loungers. I used the small gym which was more than adequate for a run on the treadmill. The staff were attentive and friendly, like Ana and Manuel and Georgia at Reception made us feel very welcome and looked after. We enjoyed it so much I have booked to return in October 2026 with my daughter ( husband’s a bit fed up but hey ho! ) 😀

The hotel is in a great location right next to the beach. The rooms (Superior category) are small, and the air conditioning is poor. Breakfast is mediocre, while lunch offers decent value for money. The staff is pleasant. Camp de Mar faces south, so you won't see the sunset from here. Overall, a pretty good experience, but the room rate leads you to expect more.

Great location; friendly, professional and helpful staff! Overall a great experience. Breakfast was good as well, can't judge the dinner though, as we only had dinner once very late close to the kitchen closing. The rooms are not the largest but still enough. Everything was clean, no complaints in this regard. The gym could really use more weights/heavier weights as 10kg is the max. weight. A rack would also lift the whole gym experience to another level. But at this point I'm just nitpicking.

Air con seriously lacking in all communal areas and with the intense heat it made it difficult to escape. On arrival the reception was like an oven and the poor staff have to sit next to fans ! The room was huge and it took ages to cool down from 29 degrees which made it quite uncomfortable, especially when you're all hot and tired from travelling. We arrived after 10.30 pm to a scorching hot humid evening. The lifts are really painfully slow and are like saunas. The only place where air con was OK luckily was in our room, but it only goes as low as 19 degrees, so it was good to have a ceiling fan as well. The Bar staff are excellent! They work so hard and are so friendly. Don't book transfers through hotel as the company they use don't show up meaning you pay in advance for nothing! And then when you complain they claim they were at the meeting point waiting...? Pool was beautiful, especially in the heat we spent most of our time there. Only a welcome bottle of water is provided any more you need to pay for, so suggest buying from local supermarket. No kits provided like dental kits etc unless you request them, and no small touches like biscuits or chocolates like have in the other H10's we've been too. Breakfast by the pool was lovely, good enough choice and prosecco on ice. The Chill out terrace was nice, I had the area to myself, but be warned there is no bar there like it's advertised on the app so do take a drink up there with you. A handful of lovely restaurants are nearby and a beautiful beach with shallow, warm, crystal clear sea - we would return, but when the heat is less intense as the lacking air con throughout made it unpleasant for us.
